Throughout trying to serve someone who had no current home address, OCPS (specifically process server Ari) was very thorough, dependable, accommodating, professional, and determined. OCPS also has very reasonable rates. Ari researched every opportunity available to locate the to be served party including skip traces, and court house data bases. Ari would show up waiting for them, and go to multiple addresses trying to find the party to be served. Ari very much cares about his clients, has pride in his work, and places your case at a high priority. You can count on all of this from OCPS. read more

Worst experience ever. I will never use this service ever again. Huge waste of my money. The owner, Ari Manes, is a condescending jerk. When I consulted him on the phone about a personal matter, he was very rude. He showed no respect at all and just didn't even care, really. He only sent one update via email and from that one update, I never heard from him again. He makes it seem like he did "so much" to help me when he really didn't even do anything other than drive to one address and then give up. I regret ever hiring him/his company. I'm a California attorney living abroad and had an emergency service problem. Ari Manes at OCPS took complete control of filing my case, he pulled the court docket, found the correct judicial council form, negotiated (an re-negotiated) with the court clerk, set a hearing date and then served opposing party. WHAT A JOY! Unfortunately, we lost the case, but it it weren't for Ari's extraordinary efforts my client wouldn't have even had his day in court. The charges were all reasonable, even when I needed same-day research and in the end I authorized a bonus out of my own pocket, since a couple of the last-minute changes were caused by my own mistakes. This was my first experience with the civil procedures in the OC Superior Courts and using OCPS made everything related to the filing go smoothly, I only wish I had obtained a better outcome for my client. read more
