As mentioned above in other reviews. Dr Fahmi and the nurses are very good, but the Office Manager is very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Ended up hanging up on me when I called yesterday. Also, the office wants to charge you ahead even before billing to your insurance to see what you really need to pay for visits or services like EKG etc. Once they made me pay for an EKG and then my insurance paid them too. so, they Got paid twice for the service and never heard back from them. I had to double check and call them & they wanted me to go to the office in person in order to refund me my payment when they already had my CC information. Another issue, they don't send statements neither call if you have a balance pending. How are you supposed to know if you have a pending balance or where to send the payment payable to who? etc. I really tried to stay in the office because the DR. is good but to have a hard time every time you need something is not good at all. read more

I have meant to write a review for Dr. Fahmi for some time and finally decided to do so today after seeing such poor ratings by others. I'm honestly surprised. Dr. Fahmi has been my physician for nearly 20 years and was also my mother's PCP until her untimely passing from Leukemia. She is compassionate, thorough, and a consummate professional. I am a licensed medical provider and have never felt uncomfortable, unheard, or in doubt about her care. I have known Lourdes, her medical assistant, equally as long as she is truly a gem of the practice. I'm seen right away and have rarely been in the waiting room with more than one other person, at most 2 or 3. Are there times when there may be a longer wait? I'm sure of it, but this happens in every facet of healthcare. Dr. Fahmi is an excellent choice if you are looking for a competent and caring medical provider. read more

I have known Lourdes, her medical assistant, equally as long as she is truly a gem of the practice. I'm seen right away and have rarely been in the waiting room with more than one other person, at most 2 or 3. Are there times when there may be a longer wait I'm sure of it, but we don't know what the patient in the room before us is dealing with, but this happens in every facet of healthcare. If you want fast service like fast food then go to an urgent care facility. Dr. Fahmi is an excellent choice if you are looking for a competent and caring medical provider. Unless you have nothing to do with your entire day don't go to this practice. I sat in the exam room the first time in a paper gown for nearly an hour while Dr. Fahmi was in on the phone in her office. The second time 40 MINUTES and I got dressed and left after which, she called me trying to justify this saying that it's "normal practice" when you go to the doctor and added it was "only 39 minutes". Furthermore Dr. Fahmi seemed highly insulted and told me "Maybe we're not a good fit" as if I had any intention of returning. I left without making another appointment. Take a hint Doc. There were no other patients in the office. I've been going to doctors for a very long time. 10, 15 even 20 minutes if there's something out of the ordinary happening is understandable but I don't have the kind of life that I can devote that kind of waiting time for an annual checkup. Ridiculous. Find another doctor. PS - The young lady at the front desk was sweet and professional and promptly returned my co-pay. read more

I was told when scheduling an appointment that my visit should take no more than an hour. After waiting in the main office for 45 minutes. Three Patients who checked in after me and had appointments after me were brought in and one was brought out. This place was a complete waste of time and I would not recommend switching this office to your primary care. read more

Although I like Dr Fahmi & think she's a reliable doctor, Ill be looking for a new primary care physician due to the absolute ineptness of her office. Not only have I waited over an hour to be seen because my chart was misplaced, I have had a ton of difficulty getting referrals sent to specialists. Not only is her office manager Azim, incompetent, he is rude and writes off patients as if they are a nuisance. Such a shame that the office quality doesn't live up to the doctor's. read more

This practice has no respect for their patients' time. They double and triple book and leave you sitting in the waiting room for hours and never return calls. Unless you enjoy socializing in a waiting room, find a practice more concerned with quality than quantity. read more

This place only gets 2 starts because the Doctor and her MEDICAL staff are very kind and very helpful. However the Office staff is just appalling. I have long since changed doctors but I feel that others should be warned. Me and my sibling used to go there and that sibling being a nurse, they never gave her a single problem beside taking too long and being a little rude. However when I would walk in they would consistently give me issues about my insurance. Even though my sibling and I used the same insurance and they never gave them problems. They charged me co-pays when I was never supposed to have co-pays. They claimed I never paid for a visit I never had. One time they refused to let me see the doctor without paying something when I've explained numerous times that I dont pay co-pays with my insurance. I finally had enough and walked out. I wrote reviews on a few places and immediately my PARENTS recieved a phone call (not me who is over 18 and very capable of handling myself) they called my parents threatening to sue me for slander if I didnt take down the reviews. My reviews were truthful from my perspective and said nothing negative about the doctor herself. Only the horrible experience I had with the office staff. I would recommend the doctor if she got rid of that office staff. And this time I wont be taking down my reviews or be threatened. read more

My experience with Dr. Fahmi and Dr. Wu have always been great. They have been attentive and seem legitimately concerned with any medical issue I have and do not deserve the one star rating others have given. As my primary care physicians I couldn't be more satisfied. As for their office and waiting time they seem no different from any other doctors office I've ever visited. Not perfect, but not awful and definitely does not take away from the level of care I get. I've gladly recommended Dr. Fahmi to other people. read more

Terrible experience. The "office manager" demanded that an ID be provided for my daughter that is under 18 years old. He claimed HIPPA violation.I of course offered mine as the responsible party. However when I brought up that fact that providing an ID for anyone under 18 is not necessary or was not written in any of the documents I signed off on as well as STACKS medical charts being easily accessible to anyone walking by, the "office manager" proceeded to tell me, "There is no reason for you to be so technical, Ma'am". I made a verbal request that they DO NOT request my daughter's medical file from her previous medical home. This place is beyond sketchy! First & last time we step foot in there. read more

The two doctors there are both nice as well as the medical assistant who does your vitals and EKG. However, the issue is the front desk staff. They are rude and have zero medical or insurance knowledge. I called to have the doctor contact my issuance company to cover a medication, like she advised me to, and I must have repeated myself 10 times and whoever answered the phone still could not comprehend what I was asking for. Plus they are always trying to get you to pay your bill up front instead of billing the issuance company first. Every time I go there I have to get on the phone with my insurance company to explain to them that they need to bill the insurance first. Even though I like the doctor I will not be returning due to the front desk staff. read more
