We have been updating house for several months now. So decided to upgrade the 49" inch TV that was in the family room, and why not mount the bigger TV on the wall while we are at it? I submitted an online request for quote to Orange TV. Louie responded within the hour. Right away he asked about TV size, placement, and quoted prices for all levels of installation. We wanted "full motion" and behind the wall cable install but had always believed that it would be too messy and expensive. How wrong were we! Louie came out the next day (today). He marked off the area and explained viewing ranges before the first cut. Louis came to my house to install a TV bracket on the wall. I wasn't sure exactly which bracket we needed, so he took the time to educate my wife and I. We ended up picking the full motion model. Luis was on time, called before arriving and was a professional! Not only did he do a perfect job installing the bracket, but spent time showing us how to use the remote on our new Brighthouse cable box. He was pleasant and respectful. We just moved in this apartment a few days ago and I was telling him how I hated how the apartment had only ceiling fans with no ceiling lights. He told me that I could go to Home Depot and buy lights to add on to the fans. He also took apart the fan bottom and showed me what wires to use. I went to Home Depot the next day and bought 3 lights and sure enough they worked. I now have ceiling lights in 3 rooms !!! horrible service. i don't know what kind of scam they are running, but i hired them to set up speakers and tv and within 24 hours, it stopped working. luckily i have smart tv so have been able to work around it, but i have a young child and already sheld out my $$ to them b/c the system was working when they first came over - now its now working. luis specifically who is the main guy -- i have going back and forth with him for over a week with empty promises about coming to fix the problem and never show. in fact this past sunday he said he'd show up and call and never did. i tired of these techs scamming people esp. women they think they can take advantage of and get away with it.. stay the hell away. they are all words and will not do the job they promised in the long run when things go wrong.... prove me wrong luis. the police are here awaiting your promise to show up - once again tonight - to fix the problem. you back out and no show- again- i know you're a lying, dangerous theif. read more

I recently bought a new 65" Samsung UHDTV and decided to ceiling mount it over our fireplace (we never use it); I must have called 5 different vendors and eventually I settled on Louie. Not only was he very professional over the phone, but he was wiling to come by and go an estimate even as late as 9pm which is in heard of. This was not only accommodative to my busy schedule but also a sign of his willingness to do the right thing. When he came he was very upfront and gave me a good estimate so I hired him on the spot. Eventually he returned to do the installation and he was very attentive to details; he measured everything to spec and the end result was an installation that was both professional but also really sharp looking! Hard working, polite, determined, respectful . That is how I would describe Louis and his assistant. They worked tirelessly on my old stereo system. We are in need of a new system and waiting for the right time to buy one. Louis worked with the stereo and equipment that is here to get Netflix and other entertainment pieces to function as one. These two were very patient and took the time to change the system around until they had success. We appreciate the efforts that these two made and also are very impressed that they were willing to deal with the old equipment and not complain about it. We needed to have a 47" TV mounted, called them today, talked with Louie, who said he could get it done today since he was in the neighborhood. Louie and another worker came in, I told them what I'd already purchased and what I wanted and they went right to work. When my husband saw how great the mount looked in the living room, he asked whether they could also mount one in the bedroom today. Louie said it was no problem getting it done also. They got started on it and in no time was done. Beautiful, clean, professional work; very courteous, well mannered, easy to talk with and they clean up after themselves! After another TV installer left me flat. I found Louie from Orange TV Installation on Yelp. I was a little skeptical at first because it has a New York Number. I called and explained what I needed and he said I'll be there in 20 min. He arrived like he said and was very professional. He explained what the process was going to be and the cost of it. Once we agreed on the price he was done with In 45 minutes. he had Mounted my 3 TVs and concealed the wires and cleaned up. I just move to Orlando FL and was looking for some one to mount my curved tv and setup my sound bar. I wrote Orange County TV Installtion and Found Orange TV Installtion. I spoke to the guy in the morning and he setup my appointment right away for 5:00pm. They were knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations on how my Installtion should be. I recently contracted Orange TV installation to do a few upgrades in my kitchen and bathroom. They installed backsplash in the kitchen along with under cabinet lights and new outlets.
