I've talked to quite a few web design firms and this was the one I was planning on going with. I had a call on a Friday morning and was told I would get a quote the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I waited a week before contacting them and was told sorry they will get a quote out right away. I must have followed up with them another 3-4 times and continually was told sorry we'll get one over to you. It's been about a month and never got the quote. This leads me to one of two conclusions. They are either really bad at customer service or my budget of 5k-7k wasn't worth their time. I've come to learn these many of these smaller boutique firms won't touch a build for under 20k. If thats the case thats fine but at least have the courtesy to tell me that. I was disapointed as after my consultation I was thoroughly impressd and was planning on using this company over the dozen or so others I spoke with but unfortunately was never able to get a quote. I know many people are bad at follow up once they have your money but if this is the customer service I get when you are trying to earn my business I can only imagine how bad it is once you have my money.
