If I could give this company negative five stars I would! This has been the most unprofessional, unorganized group of individuals I have ever encountered. The left hand often has no idea what the right hand is doing. You will work with different designers on different facets of your project and as it passes from one to the next they won't bother to share what has been done with one another. I came to this company because I am not a web designer and I needed guidance regarding aesthetic look, streamlining costs and creating a site that would grab my audience's attention. SAME experience as Steve K.! Wish I had read and headed his review. I handpicked all my own pictures, typed up all my own verbiage and listed in a pdf they requested I fill out. After going back and forth for months with no design results I liked, I cut and paste pictures together and faxed them over to try and show these guys the page design I wanted. I was so fed up trying to get their help with the design process, I literally detailed where each picture and sentence should be placed. I thought we had a break through after lengthy email conversation with the owner, I was promise a deadline. I purchased all my inventory and even set a launch date party with my vendors, I gave Olive a two week mishap window. This gave them a total of 4 weeks to get the project done. Everyday past the deadline they promised it would be complete the next day. I was informed the day before my launch event that the site just couldn't be finished and they needed more time and more money. I had to shamefully retract my invitations, I looked like a complete fool to my investors and clients! My caterer still required full payment for food and I lost all my deposits on the hotel ball room and rental equipment and DJ. I received the launch preview 15 days past the deadline. When I received the preview of the site none of the pictures I chose had been used, the verbiage I painstakingly and meticulously typed out wasn't even on the correct pages! What's worse, the core of my business is online sales. This was discussed at length when I went into their office on two separate occasions to get this project started. And of course, re-emphasized via email. There WASN'T even an e-commerce section for me to retail my vendor products on the site preview!! Needless to say I now have to take this company to court and pay more money to get back all the money I have lost. I have a stock room full of product I cannot sell because I still have no site, even though the owner Nat promised to finish it with no additional charge last week. When I was starting my tutoring business a few years ago, I looked into several web design firms in Chicago as well as the possibility of doing the site myself.
