i had my 2019 trailhawk serviced here 2 weeks ago after issues with coolant levels and temperature. ThIs was after a different repair shop told me my problems were due to the head gasket and that it would cost $2500, not including repair work work, just to get to the HG to confirm and to then reassemble, and that it would be better if I traded In the vehicle and kept quiet about the condition of it. I'm thrilled I instead went to Orchard Hudson for service! They had my vehicle on the computer right off, discovered the problem quickly, told me how long it would take to fix it and carefully outlined what it would cost. And they delivered. It was repaired when they said it would be, the price was exactly what they quoted it would be and I've got my car back running better than before. IMO this is a thoroughly professional operation, no bs, just prompt, friendly proficient service. My point of contact, Rodney C, was particularly great. He was upfront, kept me up to date, and was a great guy to work with. He obviously cares about his profession. I heard some people complained about this place in the past. But from my point of view they've got a brand new, professional crew and they do great work at a fair price. It's nice to see that such places still exist. read more
