I kept seeing the floors really dirty, the dryers- half of them don't work. $1.50 dryers- only a handful work $2.50 dryers- only one works $8.50 washer are the same holding as the $4.50 washers $10.50 washer, only one works $13.50 washer, only one works Wagers aren't getting wiped down, now I have someone else's cat hair on my clothes, I'm allergic to cats. Which makes me worried about bedbugs and now my skin is itchy! Very questionable people hang out here Super disappointed, only went here because it had a 4.4 rating. read more

I recently moved to a new rental and have opted to not purchase a washer/dryer because my hookups are in the basement and let's just say if my basement had a Yelp page, I would give it one star because 0 stars isn't an option. But I digress. Orchards EZ Wash is a breath of fresh clean laundry! I've been to three laundromats since moving, and this location is the best. Here's why, in my opinion. First and foremost, I feel safe at this location. During my visits it has been quiet and drama free. Secondly, it feels cleaner than the others I've visited. It's especially shiny first thing in the morning, before the lint and detergent granules begin to accumulate everywhere (it's inevitable, even at home!) Thirdly, on the TV they play the old classics: Beverly Hillbillies, My Three Sons, Looney Toons etc. I think it's a refreshing change from being forced to listen to the news! And lastly, affordability. If you're looking to save some change, and you're not one to sleep till late in the day, check out the early morning hours for half price washes...also, if you use the Dexter app to pay for your loads, you can add 5% off for up to 1000 loads. I used this service two weeks ago, and I was so impressed with my service. My clothes were picked up and dropped off from my location. My clothes were all wrapped by clothing type and then placed in a bigger plastic bag. I would definitely recommend this service. Great job! read more

This place must delete their bad reviews. There is no way people are coming here to play $7 a load for machines that fit about 2 sweatshirts in total. You'll end up spending so much money!!! I had to pay close to $30 for what would be maybe two loads of laundry at another place. And they don't have card machines so you either have to buy their cards, or use a ton of quarters. This place SAYS it closes at 11:00, but if you walk in at 9:01, NO WASHEE FOR YOU! YES, that's one hour 59 minutes before closing time. So why don't they just list their closing time as 9:00? Guess they don't need the business. The employee was polite about it, but I'm not coming back. read more

As someone who rarely if ever writes reviews- the world needs to know how amazing this business is. I could give EZ Wash a hundred stars I would. During a tough period, my friend signed my family up for the pickup and delivery service. I know it is a luxury that many cannot manage in their budget, and I wasn't sure I would be able to either. However...... once I started doing it, there were two major impacts that make the money worth spending: Time savings, and less stress. The stress of having laundry stack up and no time to deal with it can become overwhelming, especially with young kids, working full time, etc. EZ Wash picks up the laundry and brings it back the next day, folded to perfection. Sometimes I just have one bag, and it's my kids clothing. Other times I have more. The amount of time and stress this saves in my life is immeasurable. Also, the folding job they do is amazing. Our clothing is cared for so well, and I love knowing I can just send the laundry away and have it come back like magic! We do the weekly pickup most of the time, but if we need to change it's so easy. Amanda and the other folks here are friendly and excellent communicators. I'm from Houstin was working in Vancouver a few weeks. Had a hectic schedule and found this little gem on Yelp. Definately lived up to their reviews. I used the wash, dry, and fold service. Dropped off around 11am and was ready by 4:30pm. I use these every time I can when traveling for work but I have never had a place take such excellent care of laundry like this. I mean she wrapped every nice and neat after folding and had under clothes, socks, etc separated. Even hung my tshirts and pajamas up on hangers so they wouldn't get wrinkled. Would certainly go here again when back in town. read more

Machines seemed to have worked well, other than the accumulated, and deflected dirt in areas where a simple regular wiping would prevent the nasty to pile up. So. Yea. The 3 stars are for working machinery. The missing stars are for the missing cleanliness of the place. It seems as though the owner has succumbed to laziness in this place. read more

The customer service at this laundromat is stunning. If there is a mess or if something goes awry with one of the machines, the owner posts his number right on the wall so you can call him and he can get the problem taken care of. I've never seen a business ran so well. It's clean, it's functional, the machines work very well and the prices are reasonable. The service is friendly, and fast and the machines are great quality. I bring in several loads on a trip and im usually done within a span of 30 to 45 minutes. Let me break down a little price comparison: Vancouver laudromat: .25¢ for five minutes. Two of those minutes are cool down, so realistically for actual dry time, you get about three minutes. Orchards EZ wash: .25¢ for seven minutes, minimal cool down, clothes come out very toasty warm. I'd much rather spend 45 minutes at a laundromat, 3 bucks spent, and have my clothes dry then 2 and a half hours, 6 dollars spent for the same result. Wouldn't you? read more

We are on vacation. Used their 'wash & fold' service. WOW!! They far exceeded my expectations. Clothes were washed, folded & pants & shirts were hung! All 22 lbs for 99 cents a Lb. If I lived here I wouldn't have a washer & dryer. Highly recommended!! read more
