Absolutely do not recommend I usually don't write bad reviews but this was unacceptable for a…read moreprofessional doctors office , I Waited for an hour just to do a quick test for my job, I saw the other review saying they had the same experience. there was no one in the back , possibly one other person at most but I couldn't see nor hear anyone and didn't see said person leave when I went back. I wouldn't typically question those things in this situation but it was so quiet I was skeptical. I finally make it back after an hour of waiting and leave. Later on in the day I received a call that they had me sign in the wrong space on the paperwork so I need to come back out of my way to fix this mistake with them and after asking politely they have no other way of making it more convenient for me and instead I will have to wait another hour to do the test all over again

He listens to our concerns and has always provided good advice, including non-pharmaceutical remedies. The staff is very friendly, the office is very clean and it's easy to park. We have been seen by other doctors and PA's in the practice when Dr. O'Halloran wasn't working on a day we needed to be seen and have been very pleased with their expertise and the time they took with us. We have never felt rushed or like we were only a number at this practice!

The doctor literally came into the room, stood by the cabinet supply vanity (not even by my daughter or to take a look at it) and told us "She's fine". Once she proceeds with looking at her arm she flat out tells me that my child is lying.... My daughter gets upset and starts almost crying pleading she's not lying and that her arm hurts. There are many types of pain especially in a growing child that could have different reasons for the pain being there but this doctor completely disregarded the patient, NO BEDSIDE MANNERS to say the least!!! I do not know this doctors name but we had a scheduled appointment today, April 10th at 4:00 pm. If management wants to look into this, they can  easily figure out who she was. I didn't feel like I got even 5% of proper care after paying for a doctors visit without insurance. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this location whatsoever (23 mile and Schoenherr); I'm sure there's capable doctors working there, but she is NOT one of them. HORRIBLE. As an adult, I can take bad care from a provider and go on with my day; but my 7 year old daughter is still hung up on it and asks "mommy, why did the doctor treat me so badly? She was so rude and I am not lying; my arm does hurt".  I understand kids say a lot of things, but my daughter is very sincere and I know my child .... I would have never brought her to the doctor had I thought she is lying.

I went there and waited.. only to find out they don't accept my insurance. They would have bee helpful to know right away, not after filling everything out, uploading all docs & waiting. I looked up that Henry Ford was in network & it was, but apparently "Go Health" Is not. I was very sick and it was Sunday, and not a lot of urgent cares are open near me. So I paid cash $155. They took me back and I waited another 45+ min and it went busy at all. I had to open the door, ask if they forgot me and the same Dr that was sitting there when I was taken in, was still sitting there. He then jumped up and came in. The girl had previously taken my vitals and throat swab. He said it was negative but clearly I was very ill. He said it was VERY expensive.. over $350 for them to test for Covid and Influenza so I went home and did my own. I called with results by 5:00p like instructed. They never called back until after my pharmacy was closed so I never got scripts til following day. The script was not believed to help, but said it was viral and nothing would work besides try steroid. Call back after 10 days if I'm worse. The place is not very clean.. and they seem ok, but not willing to do more than necessary. It was a long process for practically nothing.

I will not say that she was blatantly rude, just very cold and impersonal, as if she did not want to be there. I did hear her talking with the other staff about a female coworker that they did not like. And another time, I heard them talk about another patient that had been in twice the week prior. While in the room that I was seen in, I could hear every single interaction going on within the lobby. The female that treated me was kind and courteous. Other than that, I was completely unimpressed. Most people coming to an urgent care are there because they do not feel well. If she can't have compassion, she could at least fake being kind. I will never come back there and I definitely will not be referring this facility to friends or family.

Professional, thorough, friendly, facility spotless, in and out quickly but not rushed (even though over the NYE weekend). I highly recommend this facility. On the TV screen my wait time finally got down to 0-20 minutes to be called into a room. The time just changed to 22-42 minutes. Not sure why??? No communication. Why have an appointment? Just asked a staff member about it and she said I'm next to be called back...I hope so I'm the only one left in the waiting room. Horrible experience, lack of communication and I would give negative star but one star is the lowest option.
