Gerardo Pavone I am 73 years old. In June 2025 I didn't feel…read morewell, I had a running nose, clogged ears and sore throat, so I decided to be visited at Pro Health Urgent Care of Rochester Hills, the city where I live. The doctor told me that I didn't have a flu. She also told me that I didn't have an infection, so she was not going to prescribe an antibiotic because it would have been useless. She gave me a spray for the nose called Flonase. After a few days my condition got worse and worse, so I returned to Pro Health Urgent Care and this time the doctor corrected her previous prescription and gave me an antibiotic. That is: what a few days before she said was useless. In fact, I DID have an infection. And after ten days of antibiotic I recovered. So the doctor botched the first visit, and botched the diagnosis... After a few weeks I received from Pro Health a bill for the first visit, that I promptly paid. But then, after a few more weeks, I received a SECOND bill for the time I returned to the Urgent Care! Wait a minute: The doctor made a mistake and I am asked to pay twice ? If the doctor had not botched the first visit and had given me the antibiotic the first time, I would not have had any need to return. So I decided to dispute this second bill and called Pro Health customer service. The customer service rep took notes, and told me that someone from the claim department will call me in one-two days. Nobody called. After 5 days, I called again, and I was told that they had contacted the doctor at the Rochester Hills place but she had not answered yet, so they didn't call me back because they could not complete yet the investigation. Five more days have passed. No news. So I have two complaints: 1) The incompetence of the doctor who visited me at the Rochester Hills urgent care 2) The lack of attention of Pro Health Urgent Care Customer service when a patient has an issue.

I had to make a trip to urgent care after a bite from my friends Gritty Kitty. A day later had a bit of swelling so I selected this location. There were a couple people in the waiting room. I had to do the cursory paperwork, ID and insurance card. Within 10 minutes, I had my data verified and made the required payment. Another 5 minutes and I was in the exam room. The Dr was polite and seemed knowledgeable. Was attentive to my injury and health issues. A little discussion in regards to antibiotics that I can and can't take. Within an hour, I was in and out. I'd definitely go here again. Like all of these types of facilities, you may or may not get the same doctor and staff.

I will not say that she was blatantly rude, just very cold and impersonal, as if she did not want to be there. I did hear her talking with the other staff about a female coworker that they did not like. And another time, I heard them talk about another patient that had been in twice the week prior. While in the room that I was seen in, I could hear every single interaction going on within the lobby. The female that treated me was kind and courteous. Other than that, I was completely unimpressed. Most people coming to an urgent care are there because they do not feel well. If she can't have compassion, she could at least fake being kind. I will never come back there and I definitely will not be referring this facility to friends or family.

Eh. I prob won't go back. I like that u can save a spot here. You have to fill out all your info…read moreahead of time and upload photos of insurance card and photo I.d. I went there and waited.. only to find out they don't accept my insurance. They would have bee helpful to know right away, not after filling everything out, uploading all docs & waiting. I looked up that Henry Ford was in network & it was, but apparently "Go Health" Is not. I was very sick and it was Sunday, and not a lot of urgent cares are open near me. So I paid cash $155. They took me back and I waited another 45+ min and it went busy at all. I had to open the door, ask if they forgot me and the same Dr that was sitting there when I was taken in, was still sitting there. He then jumped up and came in. The girl had previously taken my vitals and throat swab. He said it was negative but clearly I was very ill. He said it was VERY expensive.. over $350 for them to test for Covid and Influenza so I went home and did my own. I called with results by 5:00p like instructed. They never called back until after my pharmacy was closed so I never got scripts til following day. The script was not believed to help, but said it was viral and nothing would work besides try steroid. Call back after 10 days if I'm worse. The place is not very clean.. and they seem ok, but not willing to do more than necessary. It was a long process for practically nothing.

We have been here for over 8 hours now and have not seen a PA or doctor since. Nobody has explained any of the tests they have done or what they're looking for. We are receiving updates in her chart and that's the only information we have with no explanations. When I asked the nurse to speak to the doctor or PA since we haven't seen one, I was told "oh you saw the PA". When I responded that that was 7 hours ago when we first got here to ask my wife about her symptoms, the nurse stumbled over her words and told us that they were waiting for the doctor to review the test results. Again the results that nobody has explained to us why they even did those tests. Absolutely terrible experience
