I loved how the theater rows are so slanted downward that your view is never obstructed by the people's heads in the rows in front of you. The reclining seats are a little worn but did not present any problems. Another great thing is that there is alot of leg room. One free refill on popcorn. Ticket and snack prices are reasonable. The movie trailers before the actual movie starts are long. Our 4:45pm show did not actually start until 5:10pm, so don't worry if you are running late. You will probably make it on time before the actual movie starts. Very good movie going experience.

They are awesome in teaching technique and have won awards for their technique. They provide report cards twice a season to let parents know how they're cancer is progressing. The are many dancers that have been here as long as we have and it has been wonderful to see the dancers and how they progress from year to year. The dancers and the parents are encouraging and supportive. The parents don't hesitate to jump in and help out any child that needs it. Just a warm fuzzy feeling here. Update: I meant to include that the dance teams plan, choreograph, and perform a show that donates the proceeds to a charity each year. The first year was Ronald McDonald House. The second year was Wounded Warriors. This year, the charity is Suicide Prevention. Such a wonderful learning experience.

As a mom of a special needs child you always worry that your child won't be accepted or given the same opportunities as a typical child, the staff and other dancers never make my daughter or myself feel un welcomed and the support this special needs group receives is enough to bring tears to your eyes. We had a very bad experience with Craig Elliott at A&A Music Academy in Hanover Park, IL. After…read moreteaching my child the Ukelele for two months, Mr. Elliott, the music instructor, decided that teaching this instrument to young children was outside of his expertise as a music teacher and thus canceled the rest of our classes for the month, which by the way, had been paid in advance. In addition, there was an incident where he grabbed and yanked my six year old child to try to keep the child from standing up from the child's chair (this we learned later!). The list of incidents goes on. To top things off, during the last class that Craig taught my child, Craig seemed to be be sick and coughing with a cold. As a result. my child contracted RSV after this last lesson with Mr. Ellilott. These are just a few examples of our experience with Craig's lack of professional acumen as a music teacher. First, children should not be grabbed or yanked under any circumstances. Second, it is very unprofessional to not have completed his commitment of teaching after having been paid for the classes in advance. Thirdly, one should not have close contact with anyone while sick! At the very least, Mr. Elliott could have informed us and/or wore a mask to prevent spread of disease. Unfortunately, sharing our story here will not keep you all from experiencing the same at this school with Mr. Elliott. However, if we can save one person from experiencing abuse in the way of poor professionalism that we have experienced, then sharing our bad experience with Mr. Craig Elliott is worthwhile.

She is very sensitive and had strong aversions to water when she started, but the teachers helped her feel at ease, slowly introducing her to the water and letting her go at her own pace. Thanks to their excellent and responsive teaching, she has mastered skills I thought would take years in just a matter of weeks. She LOVES swimming now and feels so proud of everything she is learning. And as a mom who also loves swimming and highly values water safety, it's such a reassurance to know she is in good hands. My daughter is also sensitive about male teachers, and when I called Bear Paddle to request female teachers only, Mona was SO kind, empathetic, and accommodating. She reassured me that this is a totally normal thing to ask for and that they were happy to help. Every time we've spoken to a staff member, they have been generous and helpful in finding us class times that work for our family, getting us on wait lists, etc. I can't recommend this swim school enough!

We absolutely love Cadence Academy! Our son started pre-school in winter 2020 and has loved every…read moreminute. The teachers and staff are extremely kind, welcoming and supportive. The Director along with the teachers, go above and beyond for all of the children. The love and dedication they demonstrate definitely does not go unnoticed. The design and structure of the space is filled with fun touches, from the little village in the hallway, to the movie theater and the adorable little kitchen area. Everything is always extremely clean and well managed. The Kidsreports app is very comforting. We receive daily updates which include photos, activities and a meal/snack log. This application also allows us to communicate with the teachers and director. Cadence Academy has not only provided a great space for my son to learn and develop new friendships, but has also become such an important addition to our family. We truly love all of the staff, but wanted to personally thank Ms. Jamie, Ms. Kristen, Ms Leonora and Ms. Julie for always taking such good care of our son...you guys hold such a special place in our hearts. I definitely recommend Cadence Academy for those with littles ones.
