Orchid Bliss opened in September 2024 in Goldsboro, NC, born from a deeply personal calling to help others heal through intentional, heart-led care. While I was still working another job, I followed my intuition and began building this space of restoration and alignment. By March 2025, I stepped fully into my purpose and haven’t looked back since. Rooted in compassion, experience, and a desire to hold space for others, Orchid Bliss was created to support clients in reconnecting with themselves physically, emotionally, and energetically. Every offering, from integrative muscle therapy to handcrafted aromatherapy soaks, is infused with presence and care.

Meet the Business Owner: Chandra D.

Hi, I’m Chandra, the hands and heart behind Orchid Bliss. I’ve been drawn to healing touch for as long as I can remember, working on family members who had shoulder pain, headaches, or tension. That natural instinct led me to massage school in 2015, where I began my formal training in the art and science of therapeutic bodywork. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with themselves, ease their pain, and feel deeply cared for. Whether I’m supporting a client through lymphatic detox, prenatal care, or deep relaxation with hot stones or frequency flow therapy, each session is guided by intuition, intention, and love. The therapists changed out half way through my service. The massage was satisfactory and I felt relaxed. At one point I thought I might return. Then I went to leave and the therapists insisted on a tip. I was confused because tips are optional. So, I felt bullied into giving a tip. I gave her 5$ and got a lot of lip. I thought they were wanting me to pay again for the foot massage. The language barrier is difficult to figure out what they are expecting and what you can expect. I said how much of a tip do you want and they said whatever you want to give. It was relaxing, but when I left I felt very uncomfortable. I will be looking at other foot massage options and may not be returning here.
