The brochure definition of couples massage was copied from Body and Soul Facebook page on 7/9/21 but conveniently changed on 7/10/21 after I requested a refund, due to misleading definition of couples massage I had purchased. (see Body & Soul Facebook page) If you can't offer a true couples massage, by definition, then you should remove it from your brochure of services completely, then you wouldn't have to go in depth to explain to your customers how it really isn't a true couples massage and when you forget to tell a customer your definition, they won't waste their money on a couples massage gift certificate like I did. I will never again visit your establishment, so you know you are in fact keeping $110 for services that will never be provided, since you refuse to refund. Thanks for admitting the need to further update that brochure to further clarify your intent Samanthaa in your response to the Better Business Bureau complaint.
