The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they don't try to do that thing some other veterinarians do and push products on you! Suggest them, sure, but they don't push it! We've been taking our cats here for years, even though they are probably one of the more costly places in town. But, you do get what you pay for here. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff is here, from the front desk folks to the veterinarians themselves. I would rather pay a little extra and get good customer service than the alternative. Some things: 1. They have kitty condos for long term cat stays! 2. They respond to emails (the address is found on their website) quickly. 3. They understand emergencies and try their best to avoid making you and your pet wait. 4. They have totally separate areas for cats and dogs! No awkwardness with a screaming cat in a carrier and a scared dog on a leash in the same waiting area. 5. They utilize the PetDesk app, which is just spectacular for people who use their phones' for everything. Of course you can still call in, but having an app tied to the vet is nice too. 6. Their new(er) location on North Road is such a nice place. It's so spacious. For those new to GI or looking for a place, I really suggest Parks.

By 9:30pm we were in need of a vets care. Dr. Eliot D. Linsenmeyer agreed to see her and by the next day she was doing much better. He was so great with our girl and we are so grateful he got us in to look at her. We highly recommend him to care for all animals. We wish he lived in our hometown of Prescott, AZ.

Following minor cleanup of the wounds, he recommended sending her home with aspirin, for pain relief. Really??! We had a previous prescription of a moderate pain med which helped a little. But, our doggie suffered greatly before she died. Maybe large animals don't suffer pain (?) and only require aspirin (?) I cannot give Dr. Andrews a pass on small animals.

I followed his advice and could not be happier. This place is seriously phenomenal. I've heard so many horror stories and know someone whos dog battled infection and half standing ears for months. This place was one overnight visit, 2 weeks, one return visit, and my dogs ears are perfect. I referred a coworker who adopted a doberman as well and he had the same outcome. I go to a local clinic for normal shots and checkups, but I wouldnt let anyone else touch the ears of any dobermans I have in the future.
