Very disappointed with this company. Dishonest. Won't use them again. I'm a retired woman and trusted their assurance that they will replace the broken parts I had shown their inspector. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge with all the names of the specific parts of the gutter system and wrote up a work order mostly replacing parts that I hadn't asked to be replaced or had any problems with them. I signed their contract based on their misleading write up and gave them 50% deposit that I lost. Had I known they will only replace two end caps, and not my main problem, I would've gone with another company. Be vary of them pressuring you to sign the estimate that day for the discounted price. In the end they didn't fix or replace the parts I had shown their inspector so I had to hire and pay another person to take care of it. read more

I was very surprised when they gave me an estimate for $510 to clean the gutters on my 2-story home. I had never paid more than $250 in the past. When the woman called to see if I had received the estimate, I told her I had but the price was more than double what I'd paid in the past. She offered to have the job re-estimated and I told her not to bother as they were already five weeks out on their scheduling, plus I had found a local company who was not only going to be there the next day but would charge $250 and give me a 30-day guarantee. Be leery of this company. They sold us expensive gutter screens they promised would solve our oak leaf problem. The screens failed with the very first rain. Gutters slope the wrong direction so they wouldn't drain properly. They continue to leak at the corners. Long story short I spent $2000 and within 60 days my gutters crumpled and bent without being touched. I am told on runs longer than 30 feet they should have put a splitter. My run on each side of the shop is 60 feet long. I called and sent pictures to Oregon gutter to which they respond sorry you're out of luck it's due to the cold and hot of contraction and expansion. I thought they were the professionals. Why didn't they install my gutters correctly? Now they won't even call me back. I have called the owner he won't call me back either. All this after my business and a $3500 referral to a co worker before I had this issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone else ever and I had 4 other friends needing gutters. I guess this is customer service at its best for this company instead of fixing the problem just ignore it maybe it will go away since they already got paid. I won't go away. I contacted Oregon Gutters in June, to get my gutters repaired mainly, but then they said I needed a cleaning too. So after $533 and supposedly fixing the TWO spots I needed fixing, that were leaking, I figured my gutters were ready for the rains. The first rains came and both spots I got "fixed" were still leaking! I called and they came out to give me an "estimate" to fix them, when those were the two spots I paid extra to have fixed! Got all of my gutters replaced on 12/28. Took them about 2 hrs to complete. My gutters were in such bad shape before, and now they look so good. I'm excited for the next round of rain. The two men who I met were very nice and helpful. They cleaned up everything, even the leaves and debris from the gutters that fell on the ground. The installation for our gutters was quick and the guys were great. I don't have enough great things to say about them. However, a few days after install when it rained, there were multiple leaks. I called and reported the leaks and they ensured someone would contact me. It's been a week and nothing. I called back and the only thing I was told was "the request was put in." Oregon Gutter has some good people and some unprofessional people that make it hard to even do business with them. I have just wasted one entire day waiting for the crew to get here to do a really simple downspout job. First they were to be here at 9 a.m., then late morning, then early afternoon, then they were 10 minutes away (according to a phone call I got) then they weren't going to make it at all because they'd run out of elbow pieces. So they wanted to reschedule my job for two days from now but would not commit to a time of day. I cancelled the job because I don't have two days for just waiting for a couple of guys to show up when they feel like it. Those are the unprofessional people. The professional people were Lucas the estimator and Courtney who was the telephone liaison between me and the crew, with several calls during the day. As for the manager, I'll never know because he "couldn't come to the phone" and did not honor my request that he call me. read more

First, let me say my bad, for not reading reviews first. I normally do. The two positives I can offer, is that the person who came out to do the bid was very nice and professional and they did send a reminder about the appointment, which I'll address below. The appointment was between 12 and 4 pm. I got home JUST after noon. There was no indication they'd been here, so I naturally waited and waited and waited. I finally called at 4:30, to find out they'd been here. I actually had to walk around the house to confirm that. Sure enough they were here. One downspout was totally unattached. On the side of the house where I have a dog run; they'd cut the tie wraps where I had an x-pen attached to a ground steak and detached the metal u-nails I had in the fence to hold the end of the x-pen. Consequently, my dogs could have gotten into the back yard, where they are never allowed to go unless I'm home, because it is possible they can get out. The gutters look horrible on the outside - no rinsing, no nothing. I was told that is another package. But, if you look at the packages; NONE of them says anything about rinsing the outside of the gutters off. That would seem a common sense thing, as they are using water to flush the downspouts anyway. Needless to say, I would not recommend Oregon Gutter Service to anyone. read more

I can not say enough great things about Oregon Gutter Service. Every single person has been wonderful, and gone above and beyond to accommodate our crazy needs. First they came and provided our quote, showed me samples and we were off to the races. We needed new gutters on both the garage and home, with gutter shields on the home. We had a caveat, the gutters needed to be removed, then our contractor was to replace the soffit and fascia (sp?). No problem, they said. Came the next week removed all the gutters, and put up new gutters on the garage. In and out in no time, and the only way you knew they had been here, my deck and walkways were spotless. Then we, OGS and us, waited, and waited, and waited for our contractor to fit us in his schedule and complete the replacement of soffit and fascia. No problem, they said. Then they had to wait on me to paint said replacement. No problem, they said. I finally finished painting, and Cree and Brendon came and completed the home gutters with guards.
