    I reached out on Saturday and got a quick response from Jessica saying they could come that day but…read moremy weekend was already busy. Jessica let me know that was no problem, they could send someone out Monday morning. She wasn't sure what time, possibly between 10 and 11 but they would call me before arriving. I missed the call from Nicole while in the shower, but she followed up by a text to make sure I knew Jonathan would be here within 35 minutes. I love this attention to customer service. Jonathan showed up as scheduled and took a look at my water heater and assessed what my issue was which was low water pressure at the kitchen faucet and he informed me that I did not need a new water heater, which was a big relief. Jonathan is the one that helped me with my hose bib and just as last time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issue as likely some buildup in the line at the kitchen faucet. He was able to back-flush the line and found a small chunk of rust from my lovely steel pipes. It had gotten stuck and caused sediment buildup. Water pressure restored, no water heater replacement needed (phew) and I am back in business! I love their cost structure because it's not by the hour. It's by the job and what they do, etc. and I find that to be extremely reasonable. Their combined affordability, personable employees and exceptional customer service, is why I keep coming back to them. I highly recommend them! Thanks Jessica, Nicole and Jonathan!

    Dear Jeremiah W…read more Please explain why the costs for "drive time" and "warranty" were not disclosed before the service was booked, yet were added to the final bill. Mr. Rooter advertises flat-rate pricing rather than hourly charges; if that is truly the case and prices are not determined arbitrarily, why are your flat-rate prices not available anywhere online? Additionally, your technician serviced an elderly woman's home and charged an excessive amount for the work performed. This is deeply concerning. Shame on your business for engaging in such practices.
