I needed a 3 bed, 2 bath condo cleared out and I'm glad I chose Orellana's. Walter was very responsive and able to give me a quote from pictures - super convenient since I'm in LA and the job was in OC. 1-800-JUNK does on-site quotes which adds "do it now" sales pressure. They didn't need to move 1 bed and 2 couches, but there was a refrigerator and a bunch of stuff in the patio and garage. They are very responsive and provided a quote over Yelp then an in-person visit to finalize the estimate for my 70's kitchen demo. They gave a good price for demo (cabinets, counter, flooring, appliances) and haul away. Even though I had to reschedule a couple of times they were still happy to do the job. They did excellent and knocked it out in 2 hours. I was impressed how cleanly they took everything- originally they noted the window trim was over the tile and might get ruined and from watching videos I thought I'd have to replace the drywall from the tiles, but I didn't have to do either.
