Dark chocolate makes it less sweet than some of the others but I just feel refreshed after I eat it. It's so good I rarely get anything else. My friend's favorite is the Beach Babe bowl. I also loved the oxygen and tried it before and after a treadmill workout and felt amazing. Its scary to drink stuff before running so I was impressed but also happy with the effects.
