Nothing beats a huge 44 oz cup of pebble ice and a refreshing fruity sparkling water. I can't speak on their other treats because I haven't tried any, but my kids like the pretzel bites and they love the unique kid drink options. I come here often so its always a hit or miss. There's been times when there's only one or no other customers in the shop, and service is slow, but most of the time experience has been great. I always get their smoothies and they have a lot of varieties. Some non dairy and no caffeine. They don't seem to put the people who ordered in the lobby first. Sometimes they don't acknowledge you until you stand at the register for a good few minutes. I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a cup of pretzels. This isn't the first time it's happened either. A lady next to me said she was waiting for 20 minutes for a bag of beignets....she had to go ask about it and they finally handed it to her. Anyways, just a heads up. Aside from the wait times - this location ALWAYS has the crispiest drinks ever! Most of the time, the beignets are fresh as well as the pretzels cups.
