Her disregard for her client's time, and over the top witty responses that have no place in a professional setting, such as: ridicule laughter, Use of inappropriate slang, scoffing, dismissive nature etc. She was the biggest disservice to this law firm. She lacks respect for those in the community she serves due to her incorrect assumption and generalizing people based on where they live. Sheila was our last paralegal and we spoke to her maybe 3 times tops because every time we had an issue and called to speak to her, she was on vacation. (One can only vacation so much in a year). Nona Shikh: we met this lady once and shook her hand when she wanted our business. In the span of 6 months, we would call the law firm and ask to speak to the attorney to get updates on our case and they always said we will forward your message and have the attorney call you. On 05/31/2023 I am still awaiting that call. When we were finally ready to end our case and underwent treatment with their doctors that they do business with. Nona was quick to send a letter saying she was ready to drop us. I googled the email address and discovered that it actually was law firm, already since 2001. So my 1st impression - very unprofessional to use Gmail, especially if it's related to legal and confidential issues. Let's get back to the email. A non US alien under the visa waiver program (as tourist) filed a complaint against me. This person is also working illegal in construction in the US. After doing some research online, I discovered that the employee who wrote me the email has a daughter who has a relationship and living together with a non US citizen who is not authorized to live and work in the US and that the person who filed the complaint against me is also staying at her place. The only thing I could do is report this to the department of homeland security. So I really cannot recommend Accident Relief Info.

About 2 weeks ago, I received a notice from State Farm of the funds sent to this law firm. Gave them a voided check to deposit into my account to save me the hassle of the bank but Milly said it will be mailed to me after the check clears. Still, very disappointed so far and still say avoid this firm because of all I stated before. Maybe they can make it right. I don't know. I need surgery asap to try to get some closure and some of the old me back. Everyday is a struggle to even get out of bed. Back pain, knee pain, nightmares, etc. but I have responsibilities in life. I will update again when they send me my settlement award and I have the needed surgery.
