Their handling of his citizenship application was unprofessional and disorganized, marked by unnecessary delays, additional fees (including a ludicrous "argument fee" after a particularly concerning interaction with a paralegal who displayed a contemptuous attitude, condescendingly addressing my husband in a manner that was both offensive and unacceptable.) Despite fulfilling all requests, including a costly trip to Ecuador for the required documentation, we faced avoidable complications and disrespectful behavior from staff. Frustrated by this firm's lack of competence, we terminated the contract. While we accepted their unreasonable $400 termination fee, the audacity of adding a further $25 "argument fee" for him simply asserting respect was beyond belief. Latinos: you deserve to be treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect! Save yourself the headache and find a firm that actually values its clients. Do better. They sure as hell won't.
