Theres always plenty of staff on hand to help out and give you all the information you need.They stand out easy with there orange B&Q aprons on! Theres always plenty of tills open to so you never have to queue too long. The prices are very reasonable also beating most other places that do DIY. The car park is also massive but fills up quick too but ive never had a problem parking though.

While staff are just stood at the till talking about what they did at the weekend. There quite slow and unhelpful. But prices are good and quality isnt too bad either.
