I called for pricing and while they were not the cheapest - I think they were competitive given the fact their staging looked upscale compared to others. I mean it's pointless to spend money on staging unless it looks lovely and shows your home to the best advantage is what I thought. Pratt & Shelley did a great job of staging my house and trying to stay within my budget. Not only was it a lovely job that showed the house to the best advantage, but they communicated clearly and well throughout the process.
