You can find local raw honey, fresh baked bread with natural grains, beautiful local pastries and coffee roasted from a local source. You will not be disappointed. The store is located in Woodford, a Beautiful quaint area, right off the central tube line. Don't miss this if your heading to London and want to explore quaint areas outside central London. While living in the Essex area, it was a frequent hangout for me.

The customer service is a joke here…read more I bought some overpriced but hard to find macadamia nuts (supposedly organic and raw), they arrived on time fortunately but to my great surprise they came just put inside a clear plastic ziplock bag without any labelling or separate information of any kind at all about the product. No sell by date info, no way to know the source or country of origin of the product nor any info on the supposed organic certification. Obviously I was not happy with this, like anyone else who buys any food item I want to know what is it that I am buying, where does it come from, when does it expire, etc. And if I am paying extra for the fact that it is an organic product I want to see proof that it is. I sent an email asking for this info, and a person from the company called Graham replied telling me that they were really swamped right now and could I just be ok if he sent me an image of the label on the box of the bulk supplier or would I prefer to wait for them to make their own labels and he'd send me one. I could not believe this but said ok, just send me the info of the supplier, at least I will know soon what is it that I bought. I got no response for a few days, so I sent a reminder email (since they were swamped, I thought I'd just remind him). He then sent me an email with nothing but a link to somewhere that simply had nothing to do with my request. I assumed that was a mistake, so I let him know. He then sent me the most ridiculously small, blurry and pixelated photo of the label on the box. I honestly have not been able to figure out anything else but the name of the supplier which was already a tricky thing to decypher really. No idea about the expiry date or anything else. I've sent him an email and will see what kind of reply I get this time around. In the meantime I have decided not to buy from this site ever again, not worth all the hassle.

I think this company is wonderful! I ordered two Citrus Magic air freshner sprays on Monday…read moreafternoon by phone and they arrived (at my mother's) on Tuesday morning!! We are so impressed that we had to write this review. Also I was very happy with the service when I phoned up on the Monday to ask about the product - the customer service response was immediate and to the point. And incidentally, the price was lower than another quote I saw on the Internet. I will definitely use this company again.
