The moved went so smooth. If I can give them more than a 5 Star I would since they definitely deserve it!!! They are also reasonably priced!!! Great company!!

In 2024, I filed a BBB complaint about Moving At Ease…read more On March 14, 2023, they brought in a second truck and additional crew members without my approval, increasing the cost of my move. After arriving at my new condominium, my cat became temporarily misplaced. I asked the movers to stop while I searched because I could no longer supervise the move. Instead, they loaded a substantial portion of my belongings onto their trucks and removed them without my knowledge or authorization. Those items were supposed to remain in my condominium, not be taken to storage. I never requested storage, signed a storage agreement, or authorized storage charges. After I filed my BBB complaint, the company claimed I owed approximately $4,000 in storage fees. I never received a storage invoice, billing statement, demand for payment, or any documentation supporting those alleged charges, and I dispute that I ever agreed to storage. For years, I tried in good faith to recover my belongings. Despite repeated emails and requests, I was never provided with documentation supporting the claimed storage charges or explaining the authority under which my belongings were retained. As late as August and September 2025, I was assured my property was "safe and secure." I relied on those assurances, only to later receive an email from the owner stating that my belongings had been donated without my knowledge or consent. Among those belongings were my dearly loved late mother's cremated ashes, irreplaceable family heirlooms lovingly created by my parents, treasured photographs, jewelry, personal records, and other priceless possessions. I continue to request a complete accounting of what happened to my property, including when, where, how, and under what authority it was disposed of. I encourage consumers to carefully review all documentation, ask questions, and proceed with caution before hiring this company.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

I've used Just-In Time Movers twice now and have had great experiences both times. They're…read morereliable, efficient, and clearly know what they're doing. I originally found them when I needed to move a piano and quickly realized that, based on the quotes I was getting, it was almost as expensive to move just the piano as it was to move the whole house. Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. Seeing a company show up for the community like that really means a lot. Great service, dependable team, and a company that gives back. Hard to ask for more than that.

I just survived a full two-day pack-and-move with Moving Team Six, and I swear to you, this team restored my faith in humanity. (Yes, it's that serious.) Let me set the stage: My last move with a different company was so traumatic, I practically needed therapy. Broken items, stolen items, chaos, zero communication -- the whole nightmare. So this time, my anxiety was on HIGH ALERT. I was expecting disaster. Instead? I got the Avengers of moving. Day 1: Packing -- Enter Bryan, Antonio, & Johnny These three walked in like absolute professionals -- calm, respectful, not fazed by anything -- and immediately took control of the situation in the absolute BEST, most important way possible. They wrapped, sorted, labeled, and boxed my entire life with more care than I give my own children's artwork. They checked in when it mattered ("Do you want to keep this here?" "Should this go in the new pantry?"), but not in that annoying "I need guidance on every teaspoon" way. THEY JUST GOT IT. The perfect balance of independent and in-sync with me. And they worked. THE. ENTIRE. TIME. No breaks. No disappearing acts. No leaning on walls pretending to think. Just nonstop competence, kindness, integrity and respect. Day 2: Moving -- Add James & Daniel to the Squad Five movers total. Five absolute beasts. Five men who moved my entire house like they were in some kind of synchronized Olympic event I didn't know existed. They were lifting, gliding, maneuvering furniture through impossible angles like magicians. They protected my floors, my walls, my sanity -- everything. They placed things exactly where I wanted them without needing a map, a diagram, or 600 questions. And!! They asked just enough to keep me involved without pulling me into any chaos. At one point, I literally had a moment where I thought: "Is this... fun? Is moving ACTUALLY going well?" I didn't know that was possible. Quality over Quantity. Every. Single. Time. Yes, they cost more than the random Craigslist guys with a truck. And THANK GOD FOR THAT. This isn't a "you get what you pay for" situation. This is a you get MORE than what you pay for situation. They treated my home and belongings like their own. They moved like a well-trained unit. They clearly take pride in their work. And honestly? If I could've hugged each of them without making it weird, I would have. Bonus: A Patriotic, Veteran-Rooted Company The name "Moving Team Six" already gives special ops energy... and you can FEEL the discipline and pride behind their work. Good people. Good energy. Good values. God bless America and God bless companies like this. To Bryan, Antonio, Johnny, James, and Daniel (and incredible the owners): You turned a life event I was dreading into something organized, calm, respectful, and shockingly enjoyable. I will recommend you to every person I know -- loudly. You are the ONLY movers I will ever hire from now on. Thank you for being absolute rockstars
