Alex came by the very next day (Dressed appropriately with appropriate tools - and on time) to measure my space and discuss options. He never pressured me towards buying anything. He just listened to my needs and left the rest up to his designs. He designed me a basic system the very next day and made time that was convenient for me to come in and discuss design. He let me build up my design to fit my taste, needs and budget. His warehouse has so many great style options to choose from.
