And am still trying to find items, like my Black and Decker tool kit (drill, etc) missing, my coxial cables were all taken out of the bag I had them stored in. They didn't load boxes even though they were told time and time again, purposely left a lot behind, they did load an empty box and bring it. I had to hire a trailer and additional help to move all of my boxes, broken table that was hidden, etc. to my new home. These men were recommended by Johnson Hardware, U-Haul. I was assured they would never be recommended again. A move is hard enough without dishonest men taking advantage of you as a single, senior woman on her own. My friend, in the kitchen, had to keep telling they had quit working after moving one piece of furniture. Little Guys has been recommended several times to me since this nightmare of a move. Only one move worse, as I was moving from the home I shared with my late husband, one of the movers asked to use the bathroom, I said "Yes" of course. He rummaged through the medicine cabinet until he found my Levian chocolate diamond rings hidden behind items and stole both of them. Sadly, that was my costliest move. This one was horrible also.

I think I undersold the amount of stuff I had but she never got discouraged (at least to me) and she just kept pushing ahead and working until it was done. She was there on move day, worked with the movers to be sure the load was staged properly. She also helped me find a service to digitize a bunch of old Kodachrome slide shows, cleaned my place after it was empty and was always willing to find a solution to any issue I had or thought up. What a great resource she was and I highly recommend her to help with any project.

Despite my incredible embarrassment at the state my home was in, Crista was professional, comforting, and nonjudgmental. She helped me organize my kitchen before the holidays, which helped me get the ball rolling for my living room, dining room, and front room/entryway. Amazing! He kept everything going smoothly and I am very happy with that part. The part that was frustrating was that when they showed up they told me they only accept cash, after the person I booked my move with assured me I could pay by card. It had been a very long move from another state already so I was out of cash, and scrambling to get cash at the last minute was an added stressor that could have been avoided by them telling me this up front. There were some other issues with communication as well, and overall I get the impression this is a fairly loosely run organization. But the actual movement of my items was great, hence the three stars. You just really, really need to stay on top of them and clarify every point to get good results!!

They refused to remove any doors that were in the way and upon delivery to the new address, they requested I sign a waiver to not hold them liable for getting the fridge in the house. I finally gave up due to multiple comments from the 4 man crew and 1 refrigerator. Lack of tools was also an issue as well as 2 hours late to the job. I tipped them and had them place it in the garage after a 400.00 dollar charge. This was a horrible experience!
