I had an incounter with him today where I needed to cash in lottery tickets and he said he had other things to do. Mind you I was in there yesterday and didn't have the cash to redeem my tickets which is understandable. He told me he had other things to do. I'm a bartender I work in the area and felt so disrespected which happens often between me and your workers. They play loud music during service hours the store is filthy dirty and I've tried to contact the company multiple times about the behavior of your staff but because it's switching to 7/11 I've had trouble. I'm not one to complain but this is so unprofessional. He told me I wasn't like him and I could leave and not come back. When I have a job he couldn't hold a candle to. I suggest you get your staff in line because there are multiple incidents of me being there I have tried to report. A man laid a fake gun on the sale table yesterday and said give me all your money and I kept it cool.. this is a franchise I would hope you had a little more respect for your customers. He said I didn't need to come back and he had the right to say I never cause him any problems I come in for cigarettes and beer as does my mom. This is extremely unacceptable.

I actually worked at the Subway inside of this gas station briefly during college. I worked the…read morelate shift, which kind of sucked because it was a really late shift. With all the bars around, we didn't close until 3am. And I had to deal with all the drunks. But the Subway is managed separately from the gas station (although they share an owner). The gas station is 24 hours, and the cashiers were always friendly. We would keep each other company a lot of times, or back each other up if people got really unruly. There used to be a TCBY in there too, but I am fairly certain it's gone now. Standard beer selection, nice layout with the attendant station in the center between the entrance and exit doors, and usually pretty clean, particularly considering its campus location. As far as gas stations go, it also has a fair amount of parking and pumps. One of the bigger drawbacks is that it can be difficult to get into and out of being right at the corner of Neil and Lane.

This time the microphone and speaker came on, but all I got was an earful of a male employee yelling at his co-workers about how he is putting in his two weeks notice and how everyone wants to get him fired. After I said "hello, hello, your microphone is on" he still just kept going on and on yelling. I decided to just forget about it and leave, as I drove away I saw him through the window yelling at everyone. And this is why we can't have nice things.
