I needed something to drink so I got a Snapple apple which was only $2.99 and the peanuts I requested had a buy1 get1 sale. Huge, right off the highway, cheapest gas around. Crowded. A fourth of the pumps don't work, and some of those that do have malfunctioning buttons. Still, in and out quickly. There are restaurants inside, and a convenience store. So, a nice pitstop. read more

On the smaller side for a truck stop, but nice and clean and well stocked with snacks, Ohio souvenirs and travel essentials. Cinnabon is here along with Arby's. My brother his little girl and I were running errands. She wanted to use the restroom and get a snack so we pulled into Pilot. We got a tank of gas used the restroom and got a snack for his little girl and continued to run our errands. The gas was reasonably priced compared to what I'm used to paying in San Diego. I stop at a lot of Road Pilot stations and this one is not the cleanest facility I have been to but the employees are amazingly nice. Also this station seems to be a "transfer" location for lots of people. While waiting for a friend, I saw a couple of parent's do the weekend child transfer and a couple of woman moving blankets for one vehicle to another. This station is used for more than gas, but they do need to take out their garbage more frequently. read more

The cashier was nice, and friendly, but it was all downhill from there! The men's room wasn't very clean and it looked like the attendant was just in there recently. Waiting for showers was confusing. They have no monitor to let you know when your shower was ready. We had to wait so long to get her shower my wife had to at go back to the car to sit fown because she can't stand for very long. There were several showers that were empty and needed to be cleaned, but no attendant was around and the rest of the showers were being used. When the attendant finally did show up, it took him led then 2 minutes to clean it! When I walked in it looked like all he did was clean the toilet, and put the clean towels in there! Here is the cherry on top my door had no lock on it! I had to hurry up, and tinigh my shower, cause anyone could have walked in there! My wife stayed in the car, and waited for me until I got done, and she never got to take hers! I will never come back! $12 for the worst shower expeeience ever! read more

This station pre-authorizes $151 before you can pump any amount of gas into your car. It's not posted and they're rude when you ask about it. The bathrooms are disgusting. Customer service was top notch here when I stopped in. The cashier was friendly and she was charismatic. I picked up a couple of things, the store was in good shape. I've stopped here many times over the years on trips between Dayton and Columbus. It's well lit and I'm comfortable going in alone at night, which is really all I need from a quick stop. There's a small store, decent restrooms, and a couple of fast food options which are pricey but convenient if you want to get back on the road. read more
