This is my favorite place for a massage. I like a very hard, deep massage and they certainly do that here. They just moved to a new larger location directly in front of the mall door next to the movie theatre. It's large and clean and I highly recommend it. If I could give 1 star, I would. Don't gimmick me into paying additional just because I can't understand you. The massage was awful, and yes I've had Chinese massages everywhere, this was the worst. Hope they shut down. read more

I've seen this place for years while walking through the mall and finally decided to give them a try. I was greeted immediately and shown a menu with prices (fair ones). I went for the 30 minute foot acupressure massage and it did not disappoint. People started to trickle in and all were greeted politely. When I was done I was asked if I wanted a chair massage, I knew people were waiting but they said I was the customer and could have what I wanted. So I went with a 20 min chair massage. It was 50 minutes of pure relaxation which is what I wanted. I will be back!! read more

I love this place. Very friendly staff. Affordable prices and deep pressure you can count on. You will be fully clothed and in a noisy place, which is likely the reason for the cheap prices and walk in availability. They prefer cash and will tell you so. Also, they do ask if you would like more time, but you can say no. I am a Massage Therapist myself and this is where I go for a quick back and hip loosening up, at a time that is convenient for me. read more

Got a great shoulder/neck and mid back chair massage and it worked out all the post-Holiday stress knots. I went for a 20 minutes acupressure massage and it was super reasonably priced at $24. She worked hard for it, with elbows and fingers, to get those pesky knots to let go. The ambiance is definitely a mall-vibe, not very relaxing but I was able to tune all of that out while receiving the chair massage. She put a towel over my T-shirt as to no mess up my clothes, and a paper towel over the headrest. I did see her clean the chair first with antibacterial spray, which I greatly appreciated. Yep, will be back for more for sure. They don't do appointments, just walk ins. They do foot massages and full body/table massage as well (behind a screen in the same place... hmmm?) . read more

WARNING! This place will scam you, they make you wait 10 minutes to soak your feet and then charge you $10 for extra 10 minutes but you didn't agree to it. In the middle massage, they said 10 mins left and you said "ok". Apparently that meant you agreed additional $10 more. read more

Yesterday we went into this place to get a foot soak and massage. I have been in there several times before. Prior visits were ok. This visit was not. A younger guy brought in the tub of water. I put my feet into it and the water was too hot. i took my feet out and tried to tell the guy it was too hot. He grabbed my foot by the ankle, shoved my foot back into the water and said "No. Not too hot" and held it down in there. I fought back. I forced his had off my foot and kicked my way out. All the while, he just smiled. I got out of there, but not before calling him an a**. A woman employee just smiled. I felt assaulted. read more

I have to say, I was fairly skeptical. We decided on the 20 minute chair massage. My wife has been having severe Tension headaches and sensitive to the touch. Her massager (female) did very well and was able to relieve so much tension throughout her shoulders and neck. My massager (male) REALLY worked my muscles. He was was able to roll many muscles around and at times almost hurt but at the same time felt so great. I would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

Omg the massages were amazing! We were a group of 3 and they accommodated us as walk-ins right away. We had the Happy Feet service which is 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute full body acupressure. Very clean operation and friendly. The employees barely spoke English so communication was limited. They also frown on credit card or debit card payments as they prefer cash. They push tips heavily, it's a little off-putting. But if you can look past that, the actual massage services are Amazing! I was startled by the masseuse jumping up on the table and using her full body to put pressure on my lower back, I was not expecting that so be aware! Massages were really good, we left very relaxed and wanted to return again soon! I would recommend this place as a must try! read more

I'm in tears in pain right now. I just lost $50 to have a woman push on nothing but bone. I'd asked for help especially with my neck and between my shoulder blades. She spent 30min UNDER my shoulder blades ON my ribs, or directly on top of my shoulder blades. I tried several times to request neck and between my shoulder blades, but I eventually gave up - I didn't want to be a jerk. I even tried SHOWING with my hands where I needed help. I even paid for 10 extra minutes requesting "more neck, please." I really needed help and spent more time getting frustrated and hurting with having someone pushing so hard on nothing but the ribs under my shoulder blades. Who the hell pushes on ribs!? I'm so frustrated, I'm angry because now I hurt MORE NOW than when I came in! What a waste of $50! read more

This place is NOT closed ! I needed a massage right then and there, I walked in and she got right into it. Tiny gal with amazing strength, really got into my knots. My job requires a lot of bending and running, so this really reset everything causing me pain in my back. Going to try to make this necessary habit. It does wonders on my mood and aches. $32 + tip for 30 minutes to feel rejuvenated. Absolutely worth it. They know what they're doing there. read more

I have an inflammation in my lower back and wanted only to get a foot reflexology massage and asked for 30 minutes. The place was empty and the three therapists were sitting in a corner and playing video games on their phones. When I walked in, immediately the receptionist tried to up sell time. I agreed to a 50 minutes when I was introduced to my massage therapist, who seemed very nice and attentive. It was a nice massage, i liked the sense of pressure and expertise, it was relaxing, and i was happy i upgraded. So, why the low points? The reason is that i felt turned off right after paying and tipping, the 3 guys were back on playing their games on their phones, and i got a rude look when i asked a question... sorry, i interrupted..... it did not feel good. I thought that i paid 50 dollars plus tip, and nee, i've experienced better. i will choose a different place next time, i will not come back. read more

My 21 year old daughter required a full body massage. We walked into the establishment and were immediately greeted by someone who asked what we wanted and pointed at their price list on the wall. My daughter wanted a 20 minute full body massage. It did not end there with our request. Immediately the gentlemen tries to upsell the time and tells us we need the 30 minute massage instead, and to include me as well. My daughter has experienced many professional massages before, but she informed me that this massage that we paid around $1.00 per minute for was unfulfilling. She was not satisfied, but did not tell me until later on. Of course, the treatment was also completed around 5 minutes too early as agreed upon. read more

Had an appointment and was sitting in the waiting area and somebody else walked in and they took them even though they see me sitting there on time for my appointment and told me to come back in 25 more minutes. I have also had them text on their phone and talk for 15 minutes into a massage using one hand, I am done with this joke of a place they call Massage. read more

This place sucks. The dude in the puffy jacket at the front desk is a con artist. I bought my wife a massage and he asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the hot towel for her, so I did. I asked her later how the hot towel was and her reply was "what the /!&_ are you talking about?" A.K.A. She never got the hot towel that I paid for! Plus, their gift cards expire within one month, and puffy jacket boy is a stickler about it! By the time they are done scamming you, you don't want their grubby paws anywhere on your body. Also, dim the lights! Play some Enya. Get my blood flowing. It's the most Un relaxing environment. I will say that they finally gave me a refund on the fake gift card I purchased. Thank god! I mean, I'm not rich. I drink boxed wine. Anywho, I will never be going back. Their unprofessionalism makes my stomach turn. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work under puff puff jacket. He is influencing people's tips. That is never okay. I didn't even ask puff boy his name because I knew he would probably lie about it. That's how confident I am in his scamming abilities. This place is absolutely terrible. I was given a gift card for Christmas, as did my friend, we decided to go get our massages together. Hers expired the day before and the guy, the Manager at the front desk, refused to let her redeem it even though it's already been paid for. ONE DAY. he argued that it's not his policy but the business policy and we argued that it's a terrible business policy. He laughed in our face and said "I just work here. The owners made this policy." We asked to speak to speak with the owner and he said there is absolutely no way we can contact them. Another friend who was also with me who purchased my gift card for me claimed she was never told about an expiration date. He, the manager, blatantly said "You are lying" and continued to laugh in our faces. I understand an expiration date on a gift card but this was literally ONE DAY afterwards. I was blown away by the absolute terrible customer service, the blatant rudeness, and the unprofessionalism of this establishment that I didn't even want these scam artists giving me a massage. What a terribly run business. I am appalled. Do not spend money here. read more
