The masseuse was very attentive to my needs and hit all of the right spots in my lower back and legs that I was having issues with. The space is typical of a massage parlor/ spot and not a spa... so manage expectations. You pay before the massage. During your massage it is not uncommon to hear the front door open and an automated greeting interrupt i your attempt at centering. The space appeared clean. But what sold me was the massage itself- the masseuse knew what they were doing, checked in on pressure (medium etc), respectful, and it was a full body massage from scalp to toe.

Kind of felt like she wanted me to say no and leave. The place was dark and a little smelly. Once in the room I was asked for payment up front -- $40 for 30 minutes. Cash only. The woman seemed very demanding and I felt uncomfortable. I looked over at the massage table and realized instead of changing the sheets between each customer, they had a small hand towel (1'x3') where your butt would be on the bed and it looked as if that was probably the only thing that gets changed between customers. It felt yucky, so I left. The two women working said something to each other in a way that felt like they were talking bad about me, but I don't care. I won't be back.
