It was a terrible experience, the worst massage, and expensive too. Initially, a lady started massaging me, but she just applied oil for 20 minutes without doing anything. I expressed my discomfort, and then another person, supposedly more experienced, took over, but it was awful in the end. I've been in a lot of back pain for the last few hours. I went to Nirvana Reflexology today, and it was a lovely experience. Jessica did 30 minutes on my back ands 30 minutes on foot reflexology. She has the 'right touch' and was certain to ask me about how much pressure to apply to different area. As a licensed massage therapist since 2000, I know how a treatment should be. I will absolutely be returning to Nirvana soon! The small salon is immaculately clean, masks in use, hand sanitizer and disinfect wipes readily available. I recommend this spa as an affordable spot for excellent massage services and professional approach to client care. read more

I got the impression that this is a "rub-and-tug" place. The atmosphere was quiet there was no music or water feature common in massage studios. I got the full hour reflexology foot massage. When it was time for me to roll over on my stomach the massage tech had me lay down without uncovering the face hole for me. I was practically suffocating. Then, she realized the table has a hole cut out for the clients face. Embarrassed, she explained that the tables were new and that's why she didn't know about the face hole... or maybe because clients spend their time on their backs there. The massage wasn't that bad, but while I was on my stomach I heard a man enter the studio. Someone quickly ushered him to the other side of the partitioned wall and then turned on music. That was kind of creepy. I would not go back, nor advise anyone else too. read more

The massage was just so-so. She did keep asking if it was okay for a while, but when I would wince or pull away she acted as if she should go harder. The massage tables have very little padding. It was fine laying on my front, but while laying on my back, it made my back hurt more than normal. It actually still hurts today, three days later. What really bothered me the most was when it came time to pay. I had opted for a 90 minute massage, which was $82 (not the best price, but not completely outrageous either, but definitely on the higher end). I had $100 bill. The massage person was the one checking me out. She said in broken English, I have no change, how you pay my tip? I said I could pay by credit card. But I would need change for a twenty. She still had my $100 bill. She grabbed my $20 and said oh, for tip I change. Then started counting out $20. She was handing back to me and my $20 was laying there. I grabbed my $20 took her "change" gave her back all but $18 told her for massage, then I gave her $10 for tip. She had the nerve to say that's all? I was like sorry that's all I have and high tailed it out of there. Really you wanted to keep my $18 and wanted more?? That's my decision! How dare you! I tip very well as a general rule so if you only get a basic 15 -20% from me you were not very good. Push my buttons and be glad you got anything. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN! read more

I called ahead to make an appointment. Lulu answered the phone and took care of me right away. When we arrived, we were greeted by Linda. She was very nice and explained to us our options. We decided on a 1/2 body 1/2 foot massage. The massage was wonderful. I felt refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I will definitely be coming back. Lousy lousy lousy Would tell everyone to watch out Have been to many places this was such a bad experience. You wud hope it was just the staff on duty but we called the owner and she was very defensive. How can you explain the massage (if you can call it that) was lousy. They probably get a lot of bad experiences. What happened? My hubby and i have been here in the past but this last time the staff was new. Both women assigned to us didnt know massage. They just kept rubbing the same spot and it was terrible. I ddidnt want to be rude but did want it to stop. My husband asked his lady to quit.. We offered to oay for the 10mins but not the whole time.. We paid just to get out. Will never go back.. read more

I think this is most likely a happy ending kind of place. I told the lady I was uncomfortable taking my top off, she wouldn't take no for an answer and physically pulled my shirt off. She was also wearing heels, not really the most comfortable choice of foot wear. read more

This is an Asian style legitimate massage or foot reflexology place. I prefer the Asian style of massage that concentrates on more acupressure points. Language was not a problem with a little patience. Better English than many others. The massage was fantastic! Sophia was the therapist. Very good deep tissue massage. She did ask what level of pressure I preferred before she began. I will return for sure. read more
