My polish is insufficient in several ways: uneven, blobby, dull in some places, doesn't extend to the tips of my nails in some places. The girls there were polite enough and the manicurist apologized when she drew blood (only to draw blood again and again). One of the girls made me tea, and they gave me a tea to go, which was nice. 1/10 would not go back again.

That woman gaslit me for years about the health of my hair. For context I have dark brown hair and wanted to go blonde. I did not know anything about hair as I was quite young, but when you go to a professional you except them to give you knowledge and explain what is good and bad for your hair. Sue allowed me to go platinum blonde for years. It was gorgeous I will admit. I loved my blonde hair, but a few years in I started to receive comments that my hair looked unhealthy from many people in my life except the only person who was a professional in regards to hair. I trusted her to tell me if I needed to stop bleaching it and began all of our sessions with "Is my hair still healthy and should I continue dying it" Every single time she said that my hair was perfectly healthy. Even when my hair began to fall out she told me it was still healthy. When I told her that my hair was falling out and I no longer felt it was healthy she changed what she had said and told me "I've told you for years that dying your hair would destroy it". I have never gone back and every stylist I've gone to since says they would never have dyed my hair blonde as it would make my hair fall out. My hair is still damaged almost two years later. Sue is a liar and should have been fired years ago.

They were quick to respond to us upon entering and friendly. Several of the nail techs spoke English. We requested to have our pedicures side by side at the same tine and they accommodated us. Weboth had gel manicures and regular pedicures. Procedures appeared to be sanitary, techs wore masks and there was muaic playing. I had two seperate techs for fingers and toes. Girl who did my gel nails was good, efficient and through. I was pleased. The pedi tech wasn't as good or through and my toes are just OK using regular polish. My daughter had the same tech for both and was pleased with her results. For a cost of $148 for both of us it was a good experience.
