This place is awful and over priced. Chicken was tough and chewy if it wasn't just deep fried batter with sauce added. The cups had soap scum on them. And everything was very bland and tasted like it had been in the freezer for way too long. I don't know that I would feed this to my dog. However their fried potatoes weren't terrible. But $50 for four people (two adults and two children) I feel that my money could have been spent better elsewhere.Kyoto was way better

Great selection for the price. Food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely dine here again on my next business trip.

Charge children over 4.5 ft adult prices! Food is cold almost all the time, health hazard.

Lotus Express - If this is chicken fried rice then I'm in Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader! I hope you get my meaning.

To begin with I went through the drive-thru, I asked many questions about the food and how I could…read moreorder it and what I could order as a combination and the responses were not legible, the menu for the drive-thru was totally unlegible you can't see the prices I have the menu is not even on there so the person that was working the window she was nice however not very informative and she did not take the order down right because the order I received was totally incorrect. The woman at the window it was the end of her shift and like I said she did not put my order in correctly so I had ordered spicy Mongolian beef I got plain Mongolian beef I ordered Chicken Fried rice, I got rice that looked like it had been burnt on the grill no little vegetables like peas and carrots or green onions in it I didn't see any eggs in it it looked like they took some chopped up chicken put some plain rice on the grill and it turned it brown that's what I got for chicken fried rice it's the worst I've ever had in any Chinese restaurant that I have ever been to. And as far as the Mongolian beef order went he got a bunch of rice it was supposed to be fried rice with his spicy Mongolian beef which as I stated previously was not spicy at all his rice was clumped together with chunks of plain white rice in it apparently they don't know what stir fried rice is. For $20 it was not worth $5 and then when I called to make a complaint about the food they told me that I had to bring all the food back in there to them and they could give me an order of Mongolian beef with a cup of spicy sauce to go on it. And they could replace the order with more fresh food. If the first order of food wasn't any good why, would I want to eat another order of your food? Customer service as far as getting a refund or resolving the issue was not there the little girl working at the counter had to go back and be the go between between me and the manager why could I not speak to the manager? I will never ever ever eat at Lotus Express again, and I will tell everyone that I know not to eat there. And as some people may know word of mouth about a restaurant food will make you or break you so that I hope that this post goes really wide and then I'm going to put pictures on here of the crappy food that they gave us. Do not eat at this Chinese restaurant that is my review. So you want to know what could improve? You can improve the management you can improve the food and you can improve the customer service mainly the food and how they handle complaints from customers. In my lifetime as I was in food management business for 30 years the customers always right because the customer is who pay your bills.

Small place but boy they turn out a lot of meals. I was about 6th in line at drive thru and made…read moreit out in about 15 minutes. considering they were also serving walk in and carry out, not bad. The take printed menus you can take are way off in price from the actual amounts and is confusing at best. From what I gather, there really is no ala carte. All the meals come with fried/steamed rice and either a cream cheese wonton or an egg roll. I ordered a large Kung Pao Chicken with wonton. The wonton was good however they do not give you sweet and sour or hot mustard unless you ask. The fried rice was simply steamed rice with some soy sauce added. No egg or veggies in mine. Seriously doubt it was actually "fried". The kung pao was tasty but lacking the kick from some heat or spice. I had some monster chunks of chicken versus smaller pieces Ive come to expect. The place is run by a bunch of kids without an asian among them. Based on the price ($8 with tax) and that I will easily get 2-2 1/2 meals out of it, I would say a-okay.
