I walked in late one afternoon and met with Fred, who despite it being close to closing time, helped me browse thru about 12 boxes of all different varieties of wedding invitations. I settled on one, and began the process. Zep worked with me from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, and was always available to take my calls and promptly answer my emails - despite the fact that I was 3 time zones away for most of the process. She had great ideas for wording and font styles, but most of all, she was always upbeat and very patient with me. My order was quick to be processed, and I finally got to actually meet Zep when I picked everything up. She was great in showing me how to assemble the different components of the invitations and the best way to present the invitation within the envelope. But their staff is nice and if your willing to wait for it, they will most likely be able to order it and help you find it for the best possible price. We spent a few minutes discussing what we wanted and finalized the end result with texting Mike the exact phrases and spellings that we wanted. He went back inside and we waited in our car. They are true artisans and custom-make everything. Not only that, they also take care of all the stray cats in the neighborhood--I saw another review that said that this place is "more of an animal shelter" but since they do most of their orders via online or mail order, that doesn't effect the business and whenever you walk past, you will see anywhere from 5 to 15 cute kitties looking back at you! I personally think that their charitable work for the local cat population is a selling point rather than a reason to give 1 Star.
