The customer facing portion of this office is seriously lacking in human compassion and care. It is really unfortunate that the first person you see (or don't see) is not concerned with your billing questions or concerns and that lack of detail is a C- at best. I only give this rating after trying to resolve the issue no less than 3 times. I will not be returning even though I did receive great care from my physical therapist.

All of The staff were super nice, cheery, and helpful. The check-in process fairly quick. But new clients have to fill out about 15 pages of paperwork. So give yourself 20 minutes or so to fill that out. Once I got into the back, I was ushered between a few people and places and rooms and eventually got to the doctor. They do have all kinds of services that they offer there too. Doctors, MRI, Xray, physical therapy, etc. Overall I was there about an hour and a half. The doctor took three care of me. And we have to do a follow up and plan to heal completely.

When I got home I looked up the therapists on the website and didn't see him. At my next appointment, I asked him why he wasn't on there like everyone else. He said oh I'm just an unpaid student here for the summer. So much for being assured I'd get someone with experience with my situation. Super nice kid, so I went with it. Other than being annoyed that the guy I was told I'd have didn't even observe the evaluation. The kids that lead your exercises are just that, kids who'd rather socialize amongst each other than pay attention to you. I'd finish what I was told to do and sit there looking around to get one of them to tell me what was next. One day this lady and I sat up looking around at the same time and she looked at me like what the heck with the same frustration I had. The guy who runs the place, I think it was JJ, never once got his ass off his barstool the entire weeks I was there. I was done, went and paid cash for PT when my insurance paid 100% just to avoid this joke. I called the corporate office to let them know....and no surprise....no one called back.
