Can't comment on the food because we didn't get a chance to try it. Arrived around 6:30, and was flippantly told by the hostess to "sit wherever you want"... so we did. We were then told to move because we were sitting at a reserved table. Really? The server then came over and demanded ID. (I understand it's a bar). My son-in-law had his, but my pregnant 23 year old daughter had forgotten hers. Long story short? The server kicked us out. Be aware that you'll deal with this kind of atmosphere. Spent 2 weeks in Cold Lake for work and ate at every restaurant in town. OJ's is clearly the best. Delicious menu, I have had 8 menu items and enjoyed each one. Several good beers on tap, including a few of there own. The staff is great. The pace is very well kept. Tuesday nights are busy for wing night, with good discounts on all wings. Free wifi. I've been in Cold Lake for about a month now on a business trip. I've tried a few of the restaurants around here and so far OJ's is my goto. Service can be somewhat slow during lunch, HOWEVER the food makes up for it big time. I'm attempting to try everything on the menu. I've made it through about 3/5th's so far and I can tell you that everything I've had is golden EXCEPT... the pulled pork sandwich. I know it may say JOES FAVORITE on the menu, but the bun, the pork and the coleslaw that comes on together just don't mesh well. Needless to say, the waiters/ waitresses are friendly and hospitable, Almost all the food is delicious, however, being a working man if the wi-fi were accesible to the public, that would literally send this 4 star to a 5 (and don't be afraid to ask for recommendations and questions about the portion sizes... they're honest and won't sell you noise to try to get you to come back.... the food does the talking) Shout out to my girl Christie for making me feel at home when I walk in! read more

Nice atmosphere at this sports bar/restaurant. The service is excellent and the portion's are generous. They have a great selection of beers and even have some of their own brews on tap. Great place to meet up with friends to watch the game or a place to meet over lunch. read more

The food is served reasonably fast and the beer served cold. Prices are reasonable. The have a good selection of appetizers and main dishes as well as a good selection of beers. I had the Beef Dip and it was quite good. The only complaint about their menu is the tiny selection of desserts. Only 3 ( Dirt Pie, Creme Brûlée & Cookies & Milk). The place always seems busy and can get quite loud. They unfortunately suffer from a lack of parking but other than that I was very satisfied! Be advised they have a no minors policy so if you are looking for a family place this isn't it. But it is a great excuse to go out as a couple. read more

Awesome. Asked for soda water with lime juice, got it on the side, cute. Caesar salad with real bacon and shaved Parmesan. Serving staff pretty good, although I had to get my own menu when the hostess told me to take a seat and then forgot about me. read more

This place had Great food, very fair prices. It's laid out like a sports bar /sitdown restaurant ,It's similar to a Boston pizza but a little cheaper. Worth checking out. it was my first time and I will go back! read more

Waited over a hour for our meal, come to find out they didn't even have our meal product in stock! A complete joke! Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened, tried to give other food a shot and didn't even get any compensation for ordering trash we didn't even want. Was there Tuesday August 21 , 9pm. Told special was beef stew, 4 of us all ordered that. What came was broth with a few veggies ONLY. It was a poor excuse for soup & not good. We all sent it back. Ordered a decaf coffee, after 20 minutes was told the machine was broken/out of order. It was so loud inside we couldn't hear each other speak. Left very HANGRY!! read more

Good thing the food is tasty here, because it is one of VERY FEW restaurants in Cold Lake. Came from California expecting good beers on tap, but was disappointed by the local microbrews that lack distinctness. They do HOWEVER have excellent food, prompt service, and good beers on the bottle. Stayed in Cold Lake for two weeks, and ate dinner here at least five times. read more

Nearly every time I go to OJs I'm disappointed. The only time I have had a good experience is when the manager was serving us. The servers stand around and talk very loudly then hang out and drink after they've finished their shift. Once when I asked if they had any special virgin drinks the server didn't walk over to the bar to ask, she just shouted to the bartender while standing right next to me. The food barely makes up for the poor service as it comes out quickly, but usually it's cold. read more

Normally the best service in town but a couple of weeks ago my wife and I went for supper and the fries were extremely dry and the fish batter was over cooked. Must have a new cook but we still made out better than the couple that sat near us, they arrived before us and still didn't have their meal when we left. read more

I have eaten here a few times before and its usually ok, definitely one of the better restaurants in Cold Lake thats for sure. A couple weeks ago I went for lunch with a friend and it came with a huge blond hair in it. I sent it back. They re-did the order but still I was definitely turned off by my finding, and it was odd sitting their waiting for my new salad while my friend ate hers. They didn't even bother to discount our bill. I think I will go elsewhere next time I visit Cold Lake. read more

One of the best OJ's I've been too. The service is always good and the food has been great every time. Definitely one of the establishments you should go to if you're visiting Cold Lake! There's also a patio for summer dining but it's quite small. read more
