This particular location is on the way home from work. When I arrived, I specifically stated to the cashier is this chicken and eggplant dinner and he reassured me that it was. I explained I lived about 35-40mins from location. When I got home both meals were eggplant. I call the restaurant and they told me I would have to bring back the meals because they had to see them to issues a new meal or refund. I tried to explain that I was a distance from the restaurant. The rep said they could not take my word for it. I asked for them just to refund one meal and they refused. I will never eat at a Joeys restaurant again or recommend their restaurant. You lost a regular customer and probably many more.
