The first guy (technician) was nice, but their installer guy looked like it was his first time doing this particular job. He was really struggling and acting like he didn't know what he was doing. He did find another problem to charge us for that had nothing to do with our furnace. We also noticed him lie to us a few different times. After they finally left our furnace still didn't work. My husband watched YouTube and was able to fix our furnace. We felt like they weren't doing the basics. After the fact three different people told us we should have contacted Dana Hatch heating and cooling.
