I have a rental property that is being put up for sale and I wanted to have my home professionally cleaned. The home is over 1300 sq ft with 3-bedroms and 2-baths. The quote of $250 seemed like a fair price compared to other places I called. An appt was set. I notice that prior to the appt, I received an emailed invoice requesting payment. I thought I was just receiving the invoice in advance. I received yet another email the following day. I sent a text stating that if they were expecting me to pay for the service in advance, I wanted to cancel. The woman, whose name I can't recall, called me thereafter to explain. She said that they can't trust I will pay them after the work is done. I explained that the trust issue goes both ways. I can't just submit payment to someone that I've never met and be sure they will show up. After going back and forth, I told her if they called me before the work is done, I'll come to the house, check the work and then pay. She even asked me if I would sign a document on day of service stating I would pay. I had no issue with that plan. The following day, I get another email asking for the payment. The invoice specifically stated, payment required before work is done. At that point, I was confused. I figured I'd just show up to the appt the following day and if payment was required beforehand, I'd just decline and send them on their way. Out of conversation, I told my mother about the issue, and she volunteered to call them. She was told by this same woman, that if her workers didn't receive payment in advance the day of, they were instructed not to start work. So the conversation I had with her the previous day meant nothing. My mother found this woman to be rude and lacked professionalism. My mother could barely get a word in and told her she had to go and hung up. This woman called my mother back three times in a row so she could continue her rant. I was very disappointed with the turn of events. This company actually missed out on two jobs. I had another home I wanted cleaned as well. If you have no issue paying for work in advance of service, perhaps this company is for you. Not how I choose to do business...

We figured they would take that into account and bring the portable equipment. Instead, they came with the truck, looked at the couch, explained to me that he was leaving to go get the portable equipment, and then texted my assistant to just cancel the appointment. I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.

I had my living room furniture deep cleaned by them that had been n my basement that had mold in it for almost 10yrs. They deep cleaned it, restored it and freshened it to looking like new and smelling fresh. I highly recommend them for whatever ur cleaning needs are. They are very caring about their work and so very professional and I was so suprised how reasonable they were I was able to throw in a little Xtra cash for a tip because I really appreciated the professional service that they rendered. He also cleaned all of my pillows and it was still not an astronomical bill. I will definitely recommend this company for your cleaning needs. With just a few reviews I was a little apprehensive but the owner was nice enough on the phone and rates were comparable to other companies I had talked to. Services were rendered unsupervised. A $53.00 deposit was made in timely fashion 2 days prior to service via PayPal. Subsequent payment was made promptly, after a billing error was made to the originally billing, for $160.50. Total billed services was $213.50 with 6% tax included. The $200 pre-tax cost would assume that 4 hours of services at $50 per hour was completed. Upon closer inspection of my home when I moved in it is unclear to me what, if any, cleaning service was provided. According to the cleaning service description made over the phone, in addition to cleaning all floors, counters, toilets, showers, and sinks the move in clean also included cleaning of baseboards, exterior appliance surfaces, cabinet fronts, shelving, and drawers. With regard to the floors, on my first morning here I walked around barefoot for a few hours and the bottoms of my feet became black from the dust still left on the floor. With regard to the showers, the master bathroom shower floor has soap stains, grout chips and hair clearly left from the previous owners. The guest bathroom tub still appeared to have dust/dirt around the drain. With regard to the baseboards, some may have been cursorily cleaned, others were entirely neglected. With regard to the cabinet shelving and drawers, it appears that all drawers were neglected and only the first level shelving on the main two cabinets was potentially cleaned. The kitchen pantry shelving was not cleaned at all. Neither bedroom closet was cleaned on any surface. Per the service agreement refunds are not given. I discussed my disappointment with the "results" with the owner on multiple occasions for which she was willing to offer an e-certificate (never received) for the full amount paid. A couple of pictures from the date of service were provided to me after multiple emails and phone calls which in no way showed any detail oriented serviced were provided, just that someone had been inside. With so many options for cleaning services, if you want someone trustworthy to provide reliable, high quality service LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I was told they could not find the driver - then told they would send someone else. The dispatcher quit answering my calls (had caller id). Eventually told the "new" driver would be there in 45 min - he was on the road - he arrived just over an hour and 15 min later. He didn't want to move my furniture - told me I needed to do it - I asked him to leave. So then he moved furniture - could not move most of it back as he did not have the "tabs" needed to put under the furniture - banged into my verticals, banged my walls profusely.
