Sadly, Tuesday evening came and after a phone call to them, the owner said that someone else had scheduled the service for Wednesday. Needless to say, that required a start-over process on my end. I'll own that perhaps I should have been in voice contact rather than relying on the messaging system, but the service was quite responsive through the Yelp system. Mistakes happen, but can't really recommend this company.

Instead, they came with the truck, looked at the couch, explained to me that he was leaving to go get the portable equipment, and then texted my assistant to just cancel the appointment. I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.

I inquired with other cleaning services and Sallie's price was the most reasonable with a quick response time. They arrived on time and wore masks and provided their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. Two of them wore a uniform too I felt like it was a real professional service. They cleaned, organized, mopped and vacuumed my home. What I liked was they did not rush their work. Kitchen floor cleaned only in the center of the room not at the end of the room where two chairs and a small wooden cart on wheels were never moved. I found that any shelf above eye level had dust you could write in. In response to my email the owner, Paul Trochakerian, indicated specifically (and I asked twice as I was surprised by his answer) that his employees were not to move any furniture including end tables, kitchen chairs/table and dining room chairs/tables - in the past his employees moved these items and the hardwood floors were dust moped. Cipriano's are in the wrong business if they are unhappy with their pay rate of AAA. They complain that they don't get enough money to do a job and the repairs to your home suffer. Construct Team is only worried about their bottom line. Your home and repair will only suffer for an insurance claim. They cut corners to profit more. The paint work they do is college apartment level aestectics. I was sold a scope of work with a semi competent project manager. He then pawned the whole job off on a younger subordinate to deal with my mess. Nothing but regret and corrective work that I had to do myself.
