A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Damon had accomplished what I could never have done. I paid his fee, but I owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much, Damon. You are one of a kind.

They clean up after themselves and also follow up! The sound system sounded awesome, the control system was simple and easy for all of the staff to use as well. The price was fair, and not some crazy astronomical number that some of the other bids we got from other audio companies. The main A/V & network panel they put in was very clean and labeled really well for all of the staff if they needed to power things off and on to get it to work again after a power outage. Love it!
