It hasn't even been a week since then and I haven't seen any bugs in the house, and there aren't any fire ants in either of our yards. This initial inspection was free of charge. He was incredibly friendly and personable and helped ease our concerns. Being that we live in the south and had just bought our home, we knew we needed to get a termite treatment program started. He informed us of termite and pest packages and gave us his card and was on his way. Shortly after, we signed up for the termite bait system and pest control annual contract. After calling numerous times and leaving numerous text messages, I eventually spoke to the mgr, SAM, who said that he canceled the termite inspection because I did not want general pest control on that particular house. Obviously, it was a punishment (cancelled general pest control) while I still have active termites doing major damage to my house. He was extremely rude and, seemingly, he did not want to be bothered with a woman. Yet, I have active termites and Terminix does not want to take any accountability whatsoever. Please see the picture that shows how many times they had to service this property for active termites and they are still active. It's pathetic. Nevertheless, they will be held liable for damages.

Pest issues--especially bed bugs--are taken very seriously in my business, so I paid for a professional inspection specifically to avoid any potential problems for future guests. Alliance was able to come out promptly, inspected the unit, and told me they did not see any signs of pests and cleared the property. Unfortunately, that assessment was completely incorrect. On Christmas Day, a guest staying in the unit experienced a bed bug infestation. As a result, I had to immediately remove the guest from the property and relocate them to another Airbnb/hotel. This situation was exactly what I was trying to prevent--and the reason I paid for Alliance's inspection in the first place. After this incident, I contacted another pest control company, who provided a free inspection. Within minutes, they were able to identify clear signs of bed bugs, explain the issue, and begin treatment right away. The contrast in professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness was undeniable. Alliance Pest Control's failure to properly identify a bed bug infestation caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and disruption to my guests. This type of inadequate inspection can seriously harm property owners and rental businesses who rely on professional expertise. I also spoke with an Alliance representative and was told I would hear back from the owner. It has now been over 48 hours, and I have received no follow-up, no explanation, and no offer of reimbursement or resolution. After waiting, I feel it is necessary to share my experience publicly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Alliance Pest Control and will not be using their services again.

Another termite company AND contractor came out and verified what it was. The termite company that KNEW WHAT IT WAS, was baffled that it was not caught at purchase and was VERY HELPFUL. We reached out to ALLIANCE. They said and did nothing!! Specialist in "pests", but don't see/know termite damage! WOW! But they "sprayed" all in and around my house for 2 year. (and that was a mess too and had to stop that). Really makes me wonder what is in those bottles. Because we have had the SAME amount of bugs now as to when they were spraying. . But...the saddest shame-is that they were NOT in compliance with anything to do with the termite inspection-when we reached out. SHAMFUL! Ya know, the one where you LOOK FOR THEM AND DAMAGE! Not...turn your head or pretend it wasn't there! That is bad business. Period!
