They said we'd have a one-year guarantee too. The mice never left, Arrow was never able to prevent the mice from getting into the attic. The staff strung us along for a year. In the end, they basically said there's nothing they can do because our house has siding - which they knew when they took our money. They advised us that poison was our best bet. We literally hired them to avoid using poison (to avoid the risk of secondhand poisoning our pet). We still have mice in the attic and this service was COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. It was a waste of a year and a waste of money. They then had the nerve to ask us if we'd like to renew their guarantee for another year. NOPE!

Thank goodness I had the sense to call Arrow Exterminators. Arrow Exterminators came to my house the next day, completed a thorough examination of the inside and outside grounds and determined I had seasonal silverfish that were coming under the threshold from the grass outside. The problem was solved, treated and I haven't seen any silverfish since.
