So... I'm not someone who leaves reviews. Based upon past experience in Georgia since 1995, I must admit I was extremely skeptical this company would deliver. I couldn't wait for my contract with our last company to end. Did research and really felt like there weren't any options for good thorough service. Then I stumbled upon Northwest. I grilled the salesman and asked what my options were if they didn't deliver as promised. They made numerous guarantees! They came out as promised and we purchased the whole package deal. All I can say is that I haven't been this impressed with a company in years! To top it off Joe Slate, our Service Representative continuously exceed our expectations! He seems to always be there to meet our needs and is the kindest most courteous, knowledgeable technician we have had the privilege of having at our home! Wow! The business world should take notice of this company and their staff. I thought I had a bee issue and he FaceTimed me in the evening after hours. Turns out is was a massive yellow jacket issue and he calmed talked me out of the environment to a safe location since I was standing so close to their neat. Problem taken care of less than 24 hours later!!! He even handles the scheduling of our appointments. I can't say enough about this gentleman and the company! I have used Northwest for many years - both for termite prevention as well as pest control. Customer service is always friendly and gets me on the schedule within a week, if not days. The technicians are always courteous and prompt. They take the time to summarize their visit, whether a routine maintenance or an issue that has arisen, and explain their findings and what they did. They always take care of the spider web outside (as far as they can reach) which is a bonus. Northwest offers online bill pay, which I find very convenient. The communication is great in that I receive confirmation emails for appointments and the tech always calls before arrival to give me a heads up. I recommend being on a contract so that you don't have to remember when it's time for a seasonal checkup. read more

I have used Northwest Newnan for 10+ years. I have always been impressed with their courteous, prompt and professional service. The technicians (currently A.J.) have always gone the "extra" mile providing service amenities not usually expected. A couple of years ago, they effectively eradicated a rodent infestation in my attic and garage. They made daily stops for over a week checking and/or removing traps until the population was gone! If requested by my wife or me, they come inside to do treatment in "trouble" spots. I switched to the Green Elite program a few years ago after we added a pet to our family. We have received great customer service from the team at Northwest Exterminating. Recently we had an issue that required further treatment and the response time was great. From the first call someone was out that same day. When Dave first came out to examine the issue he took time to explain what he saw and the plan for treatment. The next day the team was out to complete the treatment and things went even better than expected. I appreciate that the crew worked quickly, explained what they were doing, and took the time to take care of protecting my home (and dogs) in the process. For my initial treatment, the service representative arrived on time. He did a thorough job and recommended certain things to do around the outside. I had to call about three weeks later for another visit, as I had unwanted critters inside. The office staff were quick to assist and very friendly. A different representative came out, who was also on time. Really felt like they cared due to the time spent on explaining the issue, preventative measures taken, details of the treatment, and other services offered. It wasn't a quick walk through just to get the job done. Would recommend to family and friends. read more

Rhett Hayes, the exterminator was kind to call in advance of his coming. He promptly did our outside exterminating and then came inside to do a check of the interior and attic. Very polite and personable as well as professional. Because heavy rain was in the forecast, he informed me that he would reschedule our mosquito treatment so as to not waste money on a treatment that would wash away. We have been very pleased with Northwest's promptness if there is a problem and we are seriously considering contracting them for lawn maintenance after our interview with Dario. read more

We are having a hard time getting rid of mice. Kyle came out for our estimate and was very thorough with checking every nook and cranny to see where they may be entering. We set up our initial visit and had them out within a week. AJ, our technician, came out to spray and was very pleasant to work with. He explained every place he sprayed and what was sprayed while Kyle was out putting steel wool in all of the entry points in our crawl space and inside the house. The Newnan office is wonderful! They have a great crew and excellent customer service. I was having trouble with another pest control company who didn't seem to care about my problem and from the moment I called Northwest I received personalized service. Their staff are truly knowledgable about bug problems and the best way to get rid of them. And most importantly they truly CARE about the issue that you are having. I've used Northwest for 2 years now and overall am very impressed! Any time I've had a problem with bugs, they come out within 2-3 days to spray again, and that usually takes care of my problem. Most recently, I called for a follow-up and Joe went above and beyond by sweeping the bugs out of my basement, and spraying all around the exterior of the house. Joe Slate did our annual termite inspection quickly and efficiently. He did not find any termite issues as usual. He did however discover we had a roach infestation in our attic and suggested ways to get rid of those pests and had another department call with the cost to fix it. Good job Joe!!!!! read more
