De tres beaux appartements lumineux. Les douches sont spacieuses et modernes comme le reste du loft. Stationnez sur la rue a vos risques. Pas de stationnement privé. A 10-15 minutes du vieux quebec.

Customer service knew a big group was coming in, but only had one person at the check in counter, creating a massive line and wait time. Staff was friendly which was a plus. Hotel rooms are also relatively big and way bigger than other hotels in the same star rating or higher. A lot of conferences are held at this hotel and overall, I think that the service and hotel room was average and satisfactory.

Short walk to the Old Quebec city quarters, Plains of Abraham, the Citadel, and Musee de Beaux Arts. -Friendly staff -Outdoor jacuzzi and indoor pool, neither of which I had a chance to use. -On site car rental with Ace Rent A Car. CONS: -At $716(Canadian) it still feels a bit overpriced for what I got. But the price was on par with the rest of Quebec City. It's an average hotel and perhaps a little bit more costly than what I think it's worth. It's one…read moreof the hotels that has STROM spa packages. Although I don't think the package provides much value. The spa access and breakfast package cost an extra $88 something before tax but a spa access bought directly from STROM is only $79 on weekends. The only other thing was a tiny bottle of bubbly and some rewrapped in hotel branded wrappers two Lindt chocolate balls. Our room has two "queen" sized beds that seemed way more like double beds. The sheets must've been polyester and one pillow case was stained. The bathroom fan wasn't working so the room was damp. The bathroom is a toilet and walk in rainfall shower but sooo cramped. You can barely open the door when standing in front of the toilet due to lack of space! And possibly a consequence of the tight spaces, the light switch is on the outside so you necessarily have to turn on the light which streams into the room as you open the door to go in the bathroom. I found that annoying when you're trying to sleep and someone needs the bathroom flooding the room with light. The sink area was also pretty small but included open shelves with towels, hairdryer and for purchase snack and drinks. There was a mini fridge in the closet as well as a safe. The room was pretty compact and felt crowded for even 3 people. It would probably be cramped for 4 people. Also the building didn't have many spare toilets in the lobby area. There were 2 downstairs from the resto and only 1 next to the main lobby. The staff was nice though, they were pretty helpful even though they didn't know certain details. They have cosy bathrobes available upon request, perfect for winter but very warm for summer lol. The night table in the middle has no outlets but one bed had access to an outlet weirdly between the bed and the exterior wall. We had to charge our phones at the little desk. The website said they had a free shuttle to Old Quebec and STROM spa but it's actually a complementary RTC (public transport) pass. We ended up taking our car since there's plenty of parking at the spa.

They had cold, spa water in the lobby all day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, contrary to the standard overly-soft hammocks that most hotels have. Housekeepers came daily. They provided free bus passes for anyone staying at least 3 nights which was an amazing and helpful perk. Aside from being next to a HUGE Simons (inside one of the nicest, biggest malls I've seen), the location isn't convenient to many of the QC attractions or any good restaurants. However it is walking distance to Université Laval which made it perfect for the conference!

What a neat little hotel motel in Levis just what I was looking for, something inexpensive for one…read morenight close to Quebec City with the added bonus of a cook to order breakfast. The room was small but adequate, very clean and because of its close proximity to Quebec City it was an easy drive. I wouldn't recommend it for a long term stay but for an overnight or possibly a 2 day stay it would be perfect as there are things to do and see in Levis which are quite interesting.

We checked in and were given a lovely room, which we had reserved, with a king size bed, fridge, micro wave and in-house safe. The room had good high speed wifi and a flat screen TV. The ac unit was brand new and very quiet. We needed it too as it was 35C out for our stay here. We stayed here so we could take the ferry over to Quebec City. The ferry was a 10 minute drive. Ice was a bit of a challenge which you had to go to the bar to get from the owner. No machines. We had the breakfast the next morning which was an additional $5 each and well worth it. Service started at 7am so we were on the road well before 8am. It's a short way off the 20 freeway. The owners are lovely folks who run the place with the assistance of their young daughter They speak English, French and Spanish.

Our flight to Quebec got delayed and we arrived at 12:30am. I was sure there would be some hiccup with accessing our loft. But nope! It went off without a hitch and Les Lofts' directions in the email were absolutely perfect! The loft was gorgeous and we loved our unit! Full kitchen , full sized fridge, laundry, a full bath upstairs and a powder room at the bottom. Lovely view of the old Quebec street below. And the coolest part is that it's right above the Cow ice cream shop lol. Les Lofts thought of everything - down to a first aid kit under the bathroom sink. The only minor gripe was lack of paper towels and there weren't any tide pods/laundry detergent. Would've been nice but no biggie. Clean, comfortable , spacious - what more can I ask for ? And pricing wise, it's about the same as staying at a 3 star hotel in Old Quebec. Highly recommend!
