I was very impressed at how much time and effort they took to understand me and my business. Before they ever got started, they learned about my goals for my business overall, and then my goals for the web site. Of course, all Disney Cast Members are well aware it's here because it's where they first went to get hired. You can't walk in here and put in an application for Disney. You have to apply online and if they are interested, they will send you an email to set up and interview. The interview will be conducted here. For those who are already employed by Walt Disney World and are looking to change jobs, for instance those looking to change which Park, Resort, Restaurant, etc. they already work in, or those looking to change their position such as attractions, QSR, merchandise, etc. It's also where you come if you are part-time and want to go full-time or vice-versa. I've been in the building a couple of times with hubby for various reasons and like everything else at Disney, it's very nice. Very clean! Really cool decorations everywhere! Amazing art on the walls. I understand how busy it can get in a staffing agency, I've managed 2 offices in two of the busiest markets in Florida. I understand that sometimes people might slip from being called or emailed. However, if you receive a follow up e-mail from the person who you interviewed, not once, not twice but three times within a span of 3 weeks, and not one single reply. That just means you don't care, I'm just a number to you. A resource to get your numbers up and filled. I am not angry that I didn't get the position, it happens, it won't be the first or last time I get turned down from a position. With that said, I do expect a call or an email stating so. As recruiters we have forgotten the human aspect of HR, and just utilize the resource portion. 'Will this person be a resource to me?' It's truly sad. I made a point that I contacted ALL my temps and prospects, why? Keep my talent pool full and engaged. To this company I was just a number, and I would NEVER recommend them to a friend or family. Start bringing back the Human portion of HR, and maybe I'd recommend you.

Price was exponentially better than anything GeekSquad, or anyone else could do. He won't recommend unnecessary things either, and knows the best value products. He was able to do both jobs super quick as well. Central location in Milk District was great as well (in a Star Wars/80s figurine ship), when you have to go down there. For any other computer issue, upgrades, or IPT box requests, I wouldn't go see anyone else in Orlando.
