I was in and out fairly quickly for the thorough, professional work done (root canal- my first!). Checked credentials ahead of time and all their doctors had ample experience and training. The staff was great and the lady at the check-out desk was extra thorough and found a super discount I didn't know about so YAY, I unexpectedly saved a lot of money to boot!! I recommend them highly. After visiting Celebration Dental, it was determined that I needed an emergency Root Canal. Unfortunately, the doctor at the Kissimmee location for Orlando Endodontic Specialists was flying out and was no longer taking appointments for the day. I was advised that if I could make the drive to their downtown location, they could ensure that I would be seen by 12:30p that day, if not sooner. Unfortunately, they were not able to get me in before 12:30p, however the front staff was very kind and accommodating. Once I was back and in the chair, Dr Adam Bergman, who might I add is on Orlando's 2015 Best Dentist List, explained clearly the procedure and his assistance was very attentive. The procedure was painless, to the point that I actually fell asleep in the chair and had to be woken up to take x-rays. I would have no problem recommending Dr Bergman to any of my friends. read more

When I came to visit my dentist, she informed me that I fractured my tooth and that I needed a root canal. I was nervous and the thought of a root canal just seem frightening. You know what else was frightening? When she told me that I needed a referral to a strange doctor, yikes! She ensured me that the Endodontic Specialist she was referring me to was very good. Honestly, I've heard so many horror stories about root canals. I was scared but I had no choice but to trust her. My visit to this office was a very pleasant one. I absolutely did not have any pain. The procedure was about 45 minutes to an hour and everything went so smoothly. From the administrators at the front desk, to my doctor. Nothing but issues with them. They used to be so good, really too bad! First, my insurance said they were in network and the coverage for the root canal was 100%, multiple phone calls later by my wife and they finally agreed the cost would be $0 except now they said the insurance wouldn't pay for anesthesia. No, the insurance would if they would use a different code. Second, if you want to pay via credit card/debit card they charge you 2.75% fee! The only way not to incur the cost is to pay with cash. Third, got to the appointment today and they said I had to pay for the root canal. The front desk person had no idea. Then proceeded to go and talk to the office manager. Came back and said I had to pay for the anesthesia plus the 2.75% fee. I said no, I have cash. Forth, 40 minutes after my appointment, I was still sitting in the lobby so I ask the front desk person, did I not hear my name called? She said no, and didn't even apologize for the wait. Waited 20 more minutes for a total of an hour before I was even brought in the back. Fifth, they also didn't even spell my last name correctly. I will NEVER go back to them again! read more

Dr. Temple has NO time management! I went twice for a root canal. The first attempt, waited one hour and 45 minutes. No one said a thing to me. I told them I was leaving! Rescheduled for one week later. Got a call at 7:30am asking if I would be there at 9am. I replied "I will be on time will he?" I knew traffic was bad and made sure I was on time. Dr Temple on the other hand ran a 1/2 late. He had to see his first appt. Traffic was to blame. I live far from them and made it on time. After 30 minutes of waiting enough was enough. This is twice. When was he going to be done with patient #1 - who knows! Dr Temple seems to think no ones time is valuable. And doesn't seem to know how to wake up and see how traffic is to make it on time to work. He just doesn't care otherwise it would have been a one time issue not two. read more

Last week one of my crowns fell out for the third time. Naturally, I went to my dentist as soon as I could, clearly not happy about the situation since it had just been replaced about a year ago. From there I was referred to Dr. Timothy Temple at Orlando Endodontic Specialists, which is where I would've chosen to go if given the option. I actually new Dr. Temple because he was the main sponsor for a non-profit organization I'm a part of a few years ago. He is awesome! For those of you that don't know what an endodontist is, it deals with the tooth pulp and the tissues surrounding the tooth. People usually go there for root canals and other related procedures. Upon first entering the examination room, the dental assistant was very nice and helpful...and a bit on the goofy side which eased the tension between us. After the initial stuff, she informed me that the doc would be there in about ten minutes. Well...I was so tired I fell asleep and was startled when he tried to wake me up! Definitely won't do that again. The actual exam at my tooth went smooth and quickly, with Dr. Temple telling me exactly what was going on as he did it. Love it when they do that because, like most people, I am not a fan of the dentist or anything related. So...if you are ever referred to go to an endodontic specialist, I highly recommend going to Dr. Timothy Temple. read more

I was referred here from my dentist. Actually two different dentist both referred me here and both highly recommended Dr.Isler. I'm so glad I listened to them. I had not been to a dentist in over ten years. I needed 2 root canals. I was so afraid to go but when I got there the from staff was very polite and the doctors assistants were just as nice. Then dr Isler walks in. He's a very confident young dentist who knows what he's doing :) he came in looked over the X-rays and said "no problem" he explained what he needed to do and then what I should do to keep my teeth healthy. He joked with me the entire time. He was done in 10-15 minutes and I swear I didn't feel a thing :-)))) I was sooooo happy. Dr Isler is a very doctor who deserves the raves he gets. I was referred here by my general dentist for a root canal. I was miserable from the pain. Dr. Aipersbach took care of the problem in less than 10 minutes. Everything from the scheduling, front desk interaction, dental assistant setting me up, procedure, and check out was on point. I left with some cool sunglasses. Place is nice and clean. Staff is nice. I wait 4 minutes. They had varied of open appointments. I called them a two days before my appointment to see if someone cancelled. They called me two Hours later and gave me the appointment in which someone cancelled. Root canal took 1 hr and 20 min from start to end. It was quick and easy. Price was great. I had the worst experience with Dr. Isler. He constantly cut me off mid sentence as I attempted to explain my history and concerns, he did not explain why he was prescribing me certain drugs, and he WOULD NOT explain why he was recommending I undergo a third root canal stating that I should "review their website for information on root canals because he doesn't have enough time to explain". I am not sure if this was a fluke or if he is always like this but I will not be returning under his care ever again. read more

I had a root canal preformed here that failed. During the root canal it was apparent that the Dr, was nervous and not confident. It took a long time to finish the procedure compared to others I have had. He kept saying "I can stop whenever you want" and he left the room and returned mid root canal a few times. I left feeling unsure and suspect that the job was done well. My tooth never felt normal and 5 months later I developed a large abscess on the front of my gum under the treated tooth. I returned to the office and the Dr. took an x-ray and said nothing was wrong with my tooth. I asked him about the abscess and he said it was my bone. I forced him to check again and he said "oh... okay." Then he finally took out his glasses and really looked at my tooth. Ends up the tooth has a crack in it and so I have to have it pulled! Most likely the crack was caused by the initial root canal. Even if it was already there prior to the root canal the Dr. should have seen it. The Dr. offered me 1/2 of my co-pay as compensation. Because of the failed root canal I am out a) 1/2 the co-pay b) the cost of the crown c) days of work and d) the cost of an implant -- $3-5K. Don't go here! read more

I was referred to Dr. Aaron Isler by my dentist because he specializes in root canals & let me tell you- if I ever need to go back again, I know where to go! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and they got the ball rolling even though I was a new patient they got me in less than an hour after my dentist office called! Dr. Isler introduced himself to me as Aaron, his bedside manner is what you dream of for every doctor. He & his staff explained EVERYTHING to me which is my number 2 priority (the first being that I'm comfortable). This was my first root canal & these guys set the bar HIGH- look out world! I was sent home 2 hours later with 1/2 a numb face & prescriptions for antibiotics and pain meds. 7 hours later- I'm sitting here in zero pain & happy to know that I'm on my way to my first crown! I saw Dr. Bergman and he was excellent, really calming, explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and his assistant was really friendly too. I was nervous because I'd had a root canal years earlier that ended in my tooth cracking in half and me losing the tooth. Dr. Bergman did a great job and really put me at ease. I was told by my dentist thar severe pain after 4 days of antibiotics and pain meds was normal yet i knew that wasnt right. I called and was seen for an evaluation the same day! Unfortunately my infection wasnt touched by the antibiotic prescribed by my dentist hence my extreme pain! I was seen and told my infection had uncreased! I was given a different antibiotic and less than 24 hours later am so much better! The staff and dentist were all wonderful to me! Dr. Aaron Isler is amazing! He's fast, efficient, and does a great job! I was so scared of getting my teeth fixed I waited 10 years. There was nothing to fear. The root canal was over quickly. I healed pretty fast. My crown (procedure done elsewhere) needed a bite adjustment and Isler did it for me at no cost. He really understands and tells you straight up what's going on with your teeth. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place! First of all, I HATE the dentist. I got referred to Orlando Endodontic Specialists by my general dentist and I had never had a root canal before. I've had to get 3 and every single time they treated me with the upmost respect. They always call to verify your appointment and then even call the next day to make sure you are feeling okay or if you have any questions. Never in my life have I looked forward to seeing the dentist but Dr. Temple is so incredibly nice and makes sure you are comfortable and checks in with you throughout the whole procedure to make sure you are ok. The office is beautiful and doesn't feel like a hospital. The front desk girls are so so kind and the financing office girls are also awesome. I love this place and although I'm happy to be done with my root canals, I'm going to miss them because they made me feel like family! Thank you so much Dr. Temple and your staff!!!!!!!! read more

I referred myself since I was in pain and wanted an expert opinion. I asked for dr. Isler but dr. Aippersbach came into the room. I didn't want to make him feel bad because I really wanted the doc with the best reviews. BIG MISTAKE! The procedure seemed to go well. One week later I returned to my general dentist who asked me how I was doing after the file broke off in my tooth. I was in shock as I was never told this during the procedure. Aippersbach even wrote a letter to my dentist telling him I was informed during the procedure which is a LIE! Once he looked at the inside of my tooth he took a pic since he said he had done another procedure to bypass the broken file but my general dentist said he clearly did not do it. This guy is so UNETHICAL! I wouldn't trust him with my dogs teeth. I am an RN and would never write a review like this unless I felt the general public should be warned. I'm also complaining to the Board of Dentristy. But that's a good'ol boys club so I'm sure nothing will happen. No one will take a legal case like this since there's little money in it. BEWARE!!!! Now I have to worry about abscesses and losing a tooth in the future. Stuff happens but at least tell the patient and don't lie about it! I feel violated buy him for his actions. Man up dude! I emailed Dr. Temple to let him know what happened, but all he did was have a secretary call me who left a vm to call back if I had any questions or concerns. I had already put them in writing in my email. I've completely lost faith in their ability to care for me in a respectful and ethical manor. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before going to this practice. I would have insisted on Dr. Isler. Hopefully my post will help someone else from such an awful experience. read more

I was referred here from my dentist for a root canal. I made the appointment for the following Monday which was a relief as my mouth was hurting badly. I had been living on pain killers for that entire week, which was nerve wrecking enough. I called the morning of to confirm my appointment. They told me they cancelled my appointment.. yeah, they cancelled my appointment. That in itself is rather unprofessional, especially since my root canal was of dire importance. The lady at the front desk claimed she tried to reach me but failed. I have no missed calls from them, nor did I have any voice mails, text messages, nothing. I took off work for this, you expect me to reschedule after you already screwed me over once? No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I had to write a review after my experience here with Dr Isler. This is my second time getting a root canal. The first time I went to their other location in Longwood. I did not have a good experience there. The shots were awful.. They kept having to numb me up more and it hurt and after it was done, my mouth hurt so bad for an entire month! I still could not chew on that side for an entire month! This time with Dr Isler it was so much better! This location does things more new school and it was virtually painless. He had a way of giving the shots that was so much better than the other place. He was so cool and funny too which made the time go by fast and I was not focused on the root canal because he was telling jokes and easing my mind. I left thinking.. Wow that was not bad at all compared to the other location. I never want to get a root canal done by anyone else. Dr Isler is the best! Not to mention, this is literally the day after and I can already chew on that side!!! read more
