I have since been treated by two other legit practices that say my teeth and gums are excellent. Best news is I was able to find 2 other trustworthy practices able to give me standard cleanings and assured me I did NOT need special periodontia treatment as my teeth are in very good shape.** read more

The woman at the front desk told me they would only bill services to the FIRST dental policy number I gave them. I said, "I understand that, but that was the wrong policy number. Here's the correct one. " She said no. There was no further discussion on the subject as far as she was concerned. Funny thing, about a month later, I got a text message from the billing department at Dream Dental with "good news." They DID bill the correct policy number and got back over $800 in fees I had already paid. They asked if I wanted the check sent to me. I said yes. That was November 2024. I was so happy to have an extra $800 or so for the holidays! No check in November. No check in December. No check in January. I even called twice to follow up, and both times they acted like they had NO IDEA what I was talking about. I just hung up...I don't get into back-and-forth with people who are clearly jacking me around. Then it occurred to me. I had a cleaning scheduled in February 2025, and they are SITTING ON that money till I come in to put it towards other services they tell me I need. I have not even been in for my appointment yet and I am already in love with this dental office. Last week I called to make an appointment for my daughter and myself for a cleaning. I was having some pain in my left back gum area. Jen made my appointment and told me to go and buy a water pick that hopefully it would release whatever is causing the pain. I had a tooth abscess and Dream Dental was able to fit me in immediately, even though I wasn't a current patient. I had a huge swollen face and was in some serious pain and everyone was very gentle and caring. Dr. Ouellette said I needed to see an oral surgeon immediately, so the office contacted surgeons in order to find one who could take me right away. FANTASTIC. Dr. Ouellette is the best. I've gone most of my life terrified of the dentist and despite having dental insurance I would rarely go because of that fear. From my very first visit the Dr and his staff have made me feel comfortable. The equipment used is state of the art, the hygienists are thorough and make you feel comfortable while completing your cleanings, the office staff are always friendly and fun, and Dr Oullette is so gentle. I've have 2 root canals, several crowns replaced, as well as an infection in my gum line a prior dentist missed all taken care of by the Dr and his staff.
