They have their own drivers and vans that pick patients up and the service is excellent! The vans are new and very clean and comfortable. They have A/C and Heat in the vans. The drivers are the very best as they are so kind, compassionate, caring, professional, and treat the patients like family! The front desk staff is very customer service oriented, accommodating, kind, and compassionate! The medical staff is just as amazing! The nurses and medical technicians are very respectful, kind, compassionate and caring! Dr. Migdalis Matos-Gonzalez is my Primary Care Physician and I very highly recommend her because she is amazing! She is so down to earth and easy to discuss my medical needs with. She is very intelligent, compassionate, caring, and up to date with the latest medicine. She has an exceptional memory and excellent bedside manner! I could not ask for a better Doctor! I am amazed with all of the services that this medical center offers at the facility! They offer Retinal Exams, Nutrition Counseling and some radiology services at the Center! They even have a Podiatrist that comes to see Patients at the Center! This Medical Center is very comfortable and convenient! Anytime I am sick or have a concern they are only one call away! Anthony told me to wait a little longer because the procedures would take affect. Every time I I called in the person on the phone tried selling me something or telling me that I'm not gonna be doing it long enough to make it work. Funny they didn't say that when they took my $6000 all I've been trying to do per Anthony is get my money back. He feels I have a but no one in the company will return a call or receive a call from me except their call center who plays stupid. All I wanted was my money back. It didn't work, of course I'm upset because both my wife and I were looking forward to something that we never got. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. They pray on the week and do not have an answer if you're a little different Matt who's supposed to call me back because he works on these situations has not called me back for six weeks. Dr Lizama was short , will not listen to my concerns about symptoms and had already made her mind about my condition. She stated to the Veterans Affairs office that I had no symptoms when in fact I had symptoms that she was not willing to listen to or even look at my skin condition. It is pretty sad that you wait along time to get this appointments and then the Dr. Acts so unprofessional. Even when I was complaining to the supervisor she interrupted our conversation and seem very upset that I was talking to him. As veterans we go through a lot , we don't need more hostility from others that took an oath to served.

He was a wonderfully supportive physician who gave his time freely, coaching her though each step of a miraculous recovery; after, he & Mom were featured in TV segments, her condition (& survival) so rare. We saw him monthly at Kirkman Medical Center, & a year later when she needed partial colon removal, he treated her thru that process & recovery. During these past years, even with Mom on Hospice, we've seen him monthly; once when she was gravely ill & seemed close to death, HE visited us at home, giving specific hospital instructions; she was up & around in days. Often others say a Doctor is dismissive with seniors; I feel so lucky Dr P is there for us, helping her to celebrate 99 August 2018. If you need a caring, dedicated, super-attentive physician, Dr Pillai is board certified in Family Medicine & also has extensive experience working with seniors & other age groups at clinics, hospitals, nursing homes. You're family there. They take walk-ins & most insurances. Besides Dr P, we love Yazmin, who's been at KMC for 6 years. Mom swears she can't even feel her monthly B-12 shot, Yazmin is so good! I've had a very disappointing experience with Sanitas Medical Center. The organization and time…read moremanagement there have been extremely poor. One time I arrived only 12 minutes late to my appointment, and they completely refused to see me. Yet at my very next appointment, even though I arrived early, I was left waiting for more than 40 minutes with no consideration for my time. Now I came in for an injection and was told that all the nurses and doctors take lunch together from 1-2 PM, so no one could help me. Honestly, it's shocking that a medical clinic would essentially pause patient care for a full hour like that. I understand staff need breaks, but the lack of flexibility, organization, and respect for patients' time makes the overall experience extremely frustrating. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and management from this medical center.
