I hired Knight Fence LLC to install a fence at my property. The fence was installed over my property line and failed inspection. The company acknowledged the error in writing via text message and stated they would move the fence to correct it. Despite that written commitment, the fence has not been corrected. I am aware the company has responded to other negative reviews by claiming the reviewer was "never a customer." That is not the case here. I was a paying customer. The company required and reviewed my property survey for this project. I have documentation of payment, inspection results, and written communication confirming both the installation and their agreement to fix the issue. The company is also using photos of my yard/fence in advertising while this installation remains noncompliant and unresolved. Records show the company was previously filed under a different LLC name, and some consumers have reported the owner being associated with other business entities. read more

Same story, took my $1200 deposit really quick October 21,2024. No fence, no returned deposit, though he said he would return the money, no more responses. I have all my texts still. He is horrible for stealing this much money from a single mom who DOES NOT get child support. Horrible individual and company. Now I have less money to get my fence repairs made. Thanks Ron! DO NOT USE KNIGHT FENCE On November 23, 2024 I paid 50% up front for a fence. Ours was knocked down during Hurricane Milton. So I paid over $2,000 to have a new fence installed. They STILL haven't come out to install a fence. I've been calling the office. They don't answer the phone or return calls. I've been calling and texting the owner. He keeps saying "Oh, yeah, we'll be out there." Nothing. Twice I even told him I want a specific date and time. He gave me a date both times (no time window), but it was bogus. No one showed. I called the OCSO non emergency number to report a theft. They told me it isn't theft if I gave them the money. I asked them if scamming people is a crime and she just kept saying I have to go to court and sue him to get the money back. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back so I can hire a legitimate fence company. And they won't give me a license number. read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not get your fencing done by Knight Fencing. I am honestly so exhausted to even have to write a review, but I do not want others going through our same experience. I cannot agree more with the most recent review made by another customer. First and most importantly, Knight Fencing lacks basic communication and guest service skills. That is bare minimum, and a very important thing to have when it comes to being in the service industry. Let us go back to 2023, a neighbor of mine had his fences done by Knight Fencing. I was very intrigued with it, and asked him for the contact info of the company so we can have one of our properties done. The number that he gave me was Ron's direct cell phone number, and I believe he is the owner of Knight Fencing. Everything was amazing, UNTIL we paid our deposit for the job. Ron became untrustworthy, and started to not communicate with me. He even had his employees email me saying that I will need to contact them moving forward, since I kept messaging Ron for updates. We did the measurements in June 2023, on July 25th of 2023 is when we finally were able to sign the papers and give him a deposit of $2700. The whole process to begin with we had to keep asking him for updates, he would give me a time frame, then we would proceed to keep going past that time frame. This happened over and over again. After we had our property survey completed, we still waited weeks on week. On August 21st, Ron said "probably at the end of this week". On September 5th, I reached out again since I have yet to hear anything from them and he told me "We can install at the end of week, permitting takes a little time". On September 25th, I asked for an update on the permit and a start date again and he said "100 percent this week". On September 27th, he said "We are trying as hard as we can, probably Friday". On October 3rd, I checked in again and expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and the delay of the installation. He did not acknowledge it. When they were finally able to start the project, they left a panel undone because there was something in the way, which I was told not to worry about and that they would take care of it. They did not take care of it, we had to. While reaching out to Ron, I was also communicating via email to Vanessa or Angela. For a job that was started in July 2023, we did not get it done until October 2023. Do you see my frustration? After everything was done, I expressed again how I was highly unsatisfied with the experience, and they were apologetic but clearly nothing has improved. Now fast forward to Hurricane Milton 2024, there were a couple places in our fencing that had fallen off or broken. I requested someone to come out and do the repair. I sent in details, and photos to the repair department. It cost us $400 to do the repair, but we paid the invoice. What do you think happened next? Almost zero communication and more delays. The worst part is, they do not inform you of what day or what time they will just show up. Which is very inconvenient for us, since no one is usually at that property during the day and we wanted someone present at the time of repair. So they showed up, did the repairs when no one was home, and afterwards we found multiple spots that still needed attention. This was why I wanted to make sure someone was at the property to walk them through everything that needed to be done. They do not tell you their schedule. I don't think Knight Fencing realizes that the repair is not free, we paid $400 for an unfinished job of repairs. People invest hard earned money on installations like this and it should not be taken lightly. I emailed Vanessa and Angela about this situation on November 9th, and have yet to receive a response. I requested for this problem to be escalated, and for someone to contact me about a resolution. I still have not received a response, and today is November 15th. Please save your time, and go with another company to install your fences for your property. To say that I am disappointed with Knight Fencing is an understatement. I am not looking for a smart response or a response saying none of this is true. I have proof, I have sent those emails, and I would not waste my time writing this review if it were not true. Met with Ron from Knight Fence, LLC on 10/16/2024. Paid in full for a new fence on 1 side of my house. Check was processed through my bank on 10/17. When he left he told me to call or text him if I didn't hear from him in a few days to schedule. I texted him on 10/22/2024 because I had not heard from him to schedule. I asked when can we get it scheduled and his response was, "As fast as we can hopefully less than a week". I asked him to please let me know ASAP so I can make arrangements with work. On 10/29 I texted him again since I had not heard from him. His response was, "going as fast as possible 2 more days". He said he would confirm the next day. 10/30 I tried to confirm & he said, "I believe so". I told him that does not sound very reassuring and asked what time I should expect them. He called and asked if they can come on 11/4, promised they would be there. 11/4 I texted to confirm & he said, "should be good". I told him I took off work so I need better than "should be". He told me, "It is Monday U never know with guys and with the constant threats is getting old" Ultimately I had to keep reaching out to check the status of when they would be there & was finally told the truck was broke down 2 hrs after he said they were on their way. After me reaching out all day & getting excuses it was decided to cancel & refund my money. He agreed & Angela from his office also agreed. I am now having to take them to small claims court because they have not returned my money. I see there have been 3 (including mine) claims filed against them since April of 2023. They have stolen $2400 from me, caused me to miss several days of work & pay court fees. read more

Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and liars. They stole $3,425.00 from us, didn't get a building permit, got belligerent on the phone when I called because they didn't show up, so I told them I wanted my money back. They did no work, did not install a fence, and kept our money. I've been trying to get our money back to no avail.
