What truly separates a good business from a great one isn't whether problems arise, but how they respond when things don't go as planned. So far, AMVet has taken the initiative to reach out and reset expectations. That counts for a lot in my book. This letter should explain everything. I sent this email almost a week ago and did not receive a response. I'm not thrilled that I paid $5,334.00 and have a drive way with an ugly patch. THE LETTER Dear AMVet, I am extremely disappointed with your driveway coating service. The finish on my driveway does not resemble any of the coated driveways I personally inspected at your previous customers' homes. The coating was applied on June 11, 2025. When it didn't look right initially, you returned and reapplied another coat in a few areas. Then, on January 21, 2026, you came back to repair a fine crack, but the repair left a visible patch across my driveway. Now, just a few months later in April, another fine line is already appearing in another area. I am not requesting another repair, as my driveway is beginning to look like a patchwork quilt. I was told the first repair was free, but any future repairs would cost $170 each. This is not right. It hasn't even been a full year since the original application, and these issues should not be occurring. You should have known that my driveway would not hold up well to your coating. I can only assume you were aware of this and chose to proceed anyway. I would appreciate a serious response to this matter.

I wanted to replace a 20+ year-old wooden fence, and from my research, cedar would be the best for longevity, price, and value. Finding a fence company that carried cedar turned out to be a task--let alone finding one that was upfront, honest, and conveyed integrity. That made the mission even more challenging. I met with four different companies. Some just pushed for vinyl, which was cheaper, but I already had a partial vinyl fence on my property and knew it had some disadvantages. Then I met with a company that did have cedar, but something didn't seem right. With more digging, I found out my hunch was correct about that company and that there were some red flags against them. Fast forward to All County Fence. I spoke with Brandi to request an estimate, and Justin came by and surveyed my property. Something felt right. I knew the square footage of my fence, and the first good sign was that Justin gave me the correct measurement--while others had added extra feet. After the usual wait for paperwork, the expected back-and-forth, the down payment, the permit, and the scheduling, it was finally time for my new fence. My existing fence was hit hard by the previous hurricane, and I had made a substantial makeshift setup to fill in the damaged areas. Two men showed up--unfortunately, I can't recall their names (my apologies). I thought to myself, how in the world are these guys going to tear down over 200 feet of 8-foot fence? Well, my Lord--I had never seen two people work that hard and that fast. I was floored. They worked tirelessly through sun and rain to install an amazingly level 8-foot fence. The speed was one thing, but the accuracy was another. I was honestly in disbelief. When it was all finished, I had a smile from ear to ear. It was absolutely gorgeous, and I was so glad I did the legwork to find All County Fence. Before finding them, I was beginning to lose hope that there were still companies out there with integrity, value, and that good old feeling that yes--there is still excellence out there. Let me take it another step further. If you're curious about aftercare, once again they blew me away. They replied right away. Karen called, and I have to say--I was genuinely impressed by how she assured me my concerns would be addressed. Shortly after, her crew contacted me, scheduled a visit, and fixed the issue. The issue had nothing to do with their craftsmanship--more to do with some of the lumber they received. I also want to send my gratitude and tip my hat to James--thank you, James. It's no wonder All County Fence is the best choice for anyone who needs a fence. People like James are a big part of the reason why. And you can't fake an A+ BBB rating. And here's the final touch--I had been meaning to write this review for almost a year now. Life has been busy, but even after a year, I still walk into my yard and smile--not just because of the beauty and value of my fence, but because of the people behind it who made it happen. First- customer service and beginning of the process was very good. From the quote to the install was pretty good. The quote- we received a couple different quotes for two different types of fences. We had large bushes that would need to be trimmed back. The team had a guy come out to find the survey pegs. He said they trim them bushes all the time. I was told only thing on the bushes that would be extra outside of the quote would be to have them hauled away. We opted to dispose of them ourselves. - in the end they added $80 to the invoice for the trimming. I told them they should have included that when they came out. The install- the day of the install nobody showed up. Nobody called. My wife waited half a day and called. They said they were running behind and would call right back. Nobody ever called. Install day- showed up after calling and install began. We have irrigation and the installers installed on the front of the sprinkler heads. Would recommend that they check that prior to installing in the future. A little old lady is not going to be able to tell the installers where all her irrigation heads are. Fence was completed with the exception of two panels which had to be completed after inspection. Called about 4 days after to find when the inspector would be coming. Was told the permit would be hung and inspection on Thursday or Friday. Saturday came and Sunday came and nothing. Allied the Tuesday after and was told they would schedule its finally Friday came and the inspection was done. Was told they would finish the panels on Saturday. Saturday came and nobody showed. Called next week and finally got a response. Overall the fence is a fence and it works. The communication of this company is terrible. If someone is gonna be late or not show, call the customer, instead of the customer having to keep calling And quote for the price based on the job instead of raising the price when complete.
